Went to Vodafone to see if I could get my daughter a sim only deal, Lee was very friendly and offered to help me look into this and I came out with a better deal on my own existing contract. Great customer service with Lee
We had such a great experience with Lee when getting a SIM card for my daughter’s first ever phone. He made the whole experience really personal and exciting for her, which made such a difference and turned what could have been a simple transaction into a really memorable experience.
Lee was friendly, patient and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal. He even took the time to look at my existing contract to make sure we were all getting the best possible deal.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Lee is a real credit to the team, and we really appreciated how welcoming and helpful he was. Thank you, Lee! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fabulous service and advice from Chris at Crystal Peaks.
Only criticism is nothing to do with Chris! We were waiting over 30 mins before we were dealt with. Then our issue took almost an hour to resolve again no fault of Chris it was EE customer services making us wait for a PAC code. During this time there were other customers waiting to be seen.
An appointment system would be much better and possibly refreshments for waiting customers.
Again we were delighted with the package that Chris sorted out for us.
