Absolutely terrible service — avoid Vodafone at all costs!
I had the broadband installed only 8 months ago. For the first 6 months it worked reasonably well, but since then it has become almost unusable. The Wi-Fi constantly drops, making it impossible to work from home properly, and even WhatsApp calls are so bad that conversations regularly become impossible.
I was told a technician would come out to investigate the problem. I had to book a day off work, only for the technician to never show up. When I contacted Vodafone afterwards, they simply told me they had checked everything remotely and that the line was fine on their side.
Their response was basically: the line works, and they only guarantee the connection through an Ethernet cable, not Wi-Fi. Seriously? Then what exactly am I paying for? Most people use their broadband through Wi-Fi, and I expect a service that actually works throughout my home.
To make matters worse, some of the staff I spoke to were reasonable and tried to help, but others were rude, dismissive and clearly had no interest in actually solving the problem.
They even offered me the option to pay more to upgrade to a supposedly more powerful package. I found that extremely insulting. Why should I pay extra when the service I am already paying for doesn’t work properly?
I don’t expect miracles, I simply expect to receive the service I am paying for.
Save yourself the frustration, wasted time and money. I would strongly recommend staying away from Vodafone broadband.

From the moment we entered the store until we left we were treat with respectful and friendly service.
The level of expertise and genuine desire to provide what we needed was amazing and gave us an immediate sense of confidence and trust in both Tom and Issac.
I really can't fault them in any way and my wife and I left the store totally satisfied with the experience. SUPER SERVICE!!

Great experience in store. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Connor found me an excellent deal and gave lots of really good advice. Also cheaper than what was being offered online.
Similarly,Tony on the trade in visit made the experience equally easy and enjoyable which for a technophobe is saying a lot !! Would recommend you go to store and not buy online.
Thanks

Free sim cards and data for Asylum seekers how about 6 months half price Broadband for your actual loyal paying customers.🤷♂️🤦♂️
I’ve had a very positive experience with Vodafone home broadband. The service has been reliable, the setup was straightforward, and overall I’ve been happy with what I’ve received.
However, I’ve recently read reports that Vodafone has been providing free SIM cards to people who are in the UK illegally. If this is accurate, I’m extremely disappointed and strongly disagree with this use of my money as a customer. It has unfortunately changed my view of the company, and I’m now considering terminating my contract.
It’s a real shame because, based purely on the broadband service I’ve received, I would have been happy to recommend Vodafone.

I was very happy with the service while I was using it and made good use of Vodafone Rewards. However, when I decided to leave and move to another provider, they made the process unnecessarily difficult. They also continued charging me for a couple of months after I had left.

I went into the Llanelli shop and was served straight away by joey &aaronn. They helped me fix my issues I had with my data and photos. They were great and did not rush me even though it was the end of the day. They r a credit to your company x

Imagine it was technically impossible for me to continue with Vodafone at the excessive out of contract charges they were making.
So I gave 1 months notice which expired on July 14th. Vodafone very cleverly say do not cancel your DD as you might be due a refund. So I didn't cancel.
My payments have always been paid in full on time, there have never been any arrears.
Yesterday August 14. Vodafone took £39.12 out of my account!
They stopped providing any service on July 14th. and were paid in full up to that date.
How can any Company justify this?
Your offer of help is no good to me.
I ( like many others ) do not do social media.
Put a link up with an internet address and I will take up your offer of help. If you do not I shall be making a formal complaint to your Head Office in Newbury.
I simply cannot afford Vodafone which is why I am leaving but for you to drain every last penny from me because I have the temerity to leave is quite simply extremely unfair and possibly unlawful business practice.
After some years with Vodafone my contract expired. The price was immediately jacked up. Not once or twice but 3 times. Was unable to upgrade to fibre as another occupant already had Open Reach terminal. So had to give notice. Vodafone increased monthly amount from £29 to £39.

I visited the store on 11/08/2026 around 10.15 to resolve an issue with the sound on my iPad, which I purchased from Vodafone a few months ago. Despite arriving before three other customers, we were kept waiting for over 30 minutes while staff served those who came after us.
We were prioritised behind people who arrived later, even though we were there first with a product fault issue. No apology or explanation was given for the wait. I decided to walk out of the store and told them how unhappy I was.
We came to get a known fault resolved and instead received poor customer service and unfair queue handling. Very disappointed — I expect much better from a major provider.
I do not recommend coming to this store as the service is disappointing.
