Outstanding customer service
My mother (89 years old) was having problems setting up her new phone and I took her to the Vodafone shop in Andover to get some help. The transfer process from her old phone to the new one turned out to be quite complicated (for reasons I won't detail here) but the patience of the member of staff who helped us (Terri) and the help provided was outstanding. I had to go back a second time for some further help and had another great experience. It is so unusual nowadays to experience true customer service and I can't speak highly enough about the treatment that my Mother and I received. Thank you Terri.

I needed a lot of help sorting out my phone and being a complete dinosaur when it come to anything technical, I went to your Andover branch and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a very friendly smile from a lovely young lady called Paige, she was so helpful, reassuring and made me feel at ease( less of a dinosaur) she sorted out all my issues and went over and beyond helping me.
