Amazing experience overall, the advisors Wilson and Jorge were friendly and helpful. Helped me find the perfect new phone for myself, even helped me set it all up and taught me how to use the phone since I was new to iPhone.

Unbelievably awful customer service.
My account got cancelled because Vodafone did not stop a moving which I did not request.
So their fault.
Vodafone then asked for me to rejoin in order to regain my broadband. So I did
This then got cancelled. Again. Not by me.
After hours (not an exaggeration)on live chat talking-to customer service representatives they charged ME an early termination charge for THEM terminating the contract.
Awful.
