My father was waiting for a call ref a…
My father was waiting for a call ref a technical issue with his I phone the store was to call him two days later but hadn’t. I was set to take him so he was on the automated help desk of which they weren’t allowed to transfer him to the store. He called the general help number but the guy he couldn’t understand and didn’t want to transfer him only deal over the phone. My issue is the Vodaphone is in the communications business and they can’t be bothered to call !! BT is a better company to deal with . I go the extra mile for my customers as they pay my wages !!
