I vowed to never use them again after shocking customer service 15 years ago. I foolishly used them this year to try get broadband. Never will I make that mistake again.
After saying they'd install the service 2 months after the order date, they failed to turn up it was left to me to rearrange 4 TIMES! All of which failed then they stopped trying to sort it so i got in touch to and they said the next installation was in December over 4 months after I called, they've scammed me for a 5g router overpriced in the mean time and wont accept any responsibility or refund or anything.
After hundreds of calls ending up at Indian call centres and security checks and hours wasted I've cancelled and got a quick appointment from literally any other provider.
DO NOT USE. Mark my words

Terrific service
Justin was excellent today when he transferred my broadband from Sky to Vodafone. He had to work hard and persevere as my account number wasn’t on any Sky documentation

I had a great experience with Vicky, she was polite, helpful and very professional. I dread these type of things and had put off doing it for 18 months but knew I had to bite the bullet and get my bill sorted. Don't know why I was so worried now as she was lovely. She made me feel relaxed and was also chatty in-between doing what she had to do. All around excellent customer service.

I kept getting pop ups on my phone and…
I kept getting pop ups on my phone and it was to the point I couldn't unlock my phone without something popping up. I went to the Vodafone Huddersfield branch and spoke to a lovely young man called Liam. He sat me down and explained what she problem was, got rid of all the issues and whilst fixing that, managed to upgrade me to a better more upto date phone. He even transferred all the information over for me. I am not very technically minded so to have someone take all the pressure away and it be so simple, was an absolute delight! I can't thank Liam enough. I will be telling my friends and family about him, so that if they need anything, they can see him. Thanks again Liam
