Avoid Seats and Sofas – Hidden Fees and Broken Promises
Do not make the mistake of buying from Seats and Sofas. We bought a sofa from them, and it took 9 weeks to arrive. On top of the long wait, they demanded an extra €150 for delivery, even though we live very close to their warehouse and that was only to bring it to the ground floor!
They also charged a €5 packaging fee and a €25 assembly fee. While the sofa looks cheap at first glance, once you add all these extra charges, the total price ends up being the same as the major, well-known brands. The 'huge discounts' they promise in-store are fake; they just manipulate the prices to make it look like a deal. Their sales promises are completely misleading. Save yourself the headache and stick to reliable brands.

Not customer friendly
Wouldn't recommend, it's not a customer friendly experience. Unlike in other stores, it's hard to know the price of the couches/chairs because many either don't have a price tag, or there are too many different and confusing prices listed in the booklet they give you. Then the older salesman gets/acts offended and impolite when you ask if the price is negotiable and if the price includes delivery. Mind you, this is a normal question in furniture stores, and in every other store they answered politely.
This is the sales tactics Seats and Sofas is known for, but now I found out for myself. I think it's counterproductive. I walked out. If they're like this *before* buying something, I can't imagine how they are *after* buying. Many other stores out there.
