DUTCH: De bank die we besteld hadden, werd geleverd nadat de maximale wachttijd bijna voorbij was, maar de bekleding was beschadigd. We hebben via de website een klacht ingediend met gedetailleerde foto's en een beschrijving. We hebben ook een oplossing voorgesteld die waarschijnlijk voor beide partijen zou werken (de bank behouden, maar met een financiële compensatie). We kregen als antwoord dat we foto's van de bank in de originele verpakking moesten meesturen, wat natuurlijk een belachelijk en onrealistisch verzoek is. Schade is immers niet zichtbaar als de bank nog in de verpakking zit. Als klant moet je dus foto's maken van de bank vóór het uitpakken, omdat er schade kan zijn die je niet kunt zien of verwachten door de verpakking heen. Zelfs als je de verpakking nog hebt en er weer omheen wikkelt, vertelt dat het bedrijf niets over wanneer de schade is ontstaan (in de fabriek of tijdens het transport), omdat de verpakking al kapot is. Dat Seats & Sofas deze verantwoordelijkheid om het tijdstip van de schade te 'bewijzen' bij de klant legt, vinden wij echt absurd. Er gebeurt niets met onze klacht en we zitten er maar mee.
ENGLISH: The couch we ordered was delivered after the maximum time of waiting was nearly finished, but arrived with some damage on the fabric. We've sent a complain via the website with detailed pictures and description. Also we suggested a solution that will probably work for both parties (keeping the couch but with a financial compensation). We've received a reply that we need to add photo's of the couch in original packaging, which is of course a stupid and unrealistic ask. Damages can't be be seen when the couch is in the package. So as a customer you need to take pictures of the couch before unpacking, because there might be damages you can't see or expect through the package, before opening. Even if you would still have the package and wrap it back around it, it will not tell the company anything about when the damage was done (in factory or during transport), as the package is already broken. The fact that Seats & Sofas puts this responsibility to 'prove' timing of damage in the hands of the customer is really insane in our view. Nothing is happening with our complain and we are just left with it.

We had a great experience with Seats and Sofas. The sofa quality is excellent, very comfortable, and looks stylish in our home. The material and finishing feel premium, and it fits perfectly with our interior.
The staff especially Aness and Aswieta was helpful and guided us well in choosing the right color and design. Delivery was smooth and on time. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Seats and Sofas to others.

We visited the store looking for sofas and were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The service was truly excellent, with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help with every question we had. The quality of the products was outstanding, and there was a wide variety to suit every taste and need. Everything was well taken care of down to the smallest detail, showing that they truly value their customers. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would definitely choose them again in the future. We highly recommend them without hesitation.

Ruined sales experience by cashier
Service to buy the sofa was great. The usual game of negotiating where the sofa is in the states and the -insert reason- will cause me to have an exceptional discount. Having finished that little piece of theater we walked out with a deal that is just fine! Part of that deal was a payment plan that would dice the amount in 5 or 6 payments. Here is where the issues begin. The lady at the central cash registry is then actively pretending not to know what the deal is all about and tries to force you to pay the whole amount in be go. Deal is a deal so I find this behavior repulsive. What follow is is a a barrage of calls , mails and text messages at the the agreed payment date plus one day ( since the agreed payment date was coincidentally on a Sunday, the order was processed on Monday. A rather aggressive mail threatening with legal actions was what followed. 2 weeks later the same lady calls me again to ask if it was paid or not. I believe it is her job to check the receivables so she should already know. So one either calls to inform me that the payment has not been received ( not applicable in this case) or to inform me that the sofa is delivered. Other than that stop bothering me. Usual etiquette. Send an email and if there is no response call. Doing everything at the same time is rather disgusting. In short invasion of privacy with absolutely zero grounds to do so. In short she ruined a perfectly good experience to the point where I will surely not buy again from seats and sofas in Heerlen

We rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones. However, we have found our experience with Seats and Sofas Heerlen extremely disappointing. We are happy with the sofa itself, but the issue is with the lack of customer service we experienced during the purchase, and the cost and very significant trouble generated as a result.
We have a curved staircase and were worried that the sofa would be too large to move through it.
We expressed these concerns to the sales associate that was helping us. They assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem as the sofa can be dismantled into smaller sections. When we asked for the dimensions of the sofa, it was never given to us. We were also not informed of the actual cost of the delivery. We were only informed that there would be a cost.
On the day of delivery, the delivery guys told us that there is no way that the sofa is going through the staircase. Also, they had similar experiences with other customers throughout that whole week. They suggested that we rent a crane, as that would be the only possible way to get the sofa into the living room. So clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident.
All in all, we are frustrated and upset. That could have been avoided were it not for the sales associate leaving out important information and not helping us with making the decision that was right for us.
Was it stupid of us to not ask for the relevant details? Yes. But, this is not how a shopping experience should be. We have also purchased furniture from other stores, and they always warned us and helped us with issues that we couldn’t have anticipated. Were Seats and Sofas to have helped us, we probably would have had a very positive experience.
This is not what an honest business should look like. If someone decides to purchase with them, please do a lot of research beforehand (and pray you get a decent sales associate).

Superb service from start to finish!
From my initial visit to store to the sofa being delivered, my experience was fabulous.
When I visited Seats and Sofas(Worcester) I was greeted but allowed the freedom to look round in peace, no hassle. When my husband and I returned to order, the lady was friendly and genuine. Ordering was straightforward and a mere few weeks later we have a wonderful green sofa which looks amazing in our living room. The delivery gentleman were professional, friendly and efficient.
I would definitely recommend a trip to Seats and Sofas if you’re on the lookout for a new seat or sofa.

Wrong product sent - have no timelines and do not care about customers.
- Please only order here if you are ready to "Wait forever and ready for any mistakes to happen because they hardly care customer satisfaction"
- We ordered a sofa bed and we got wrong item (just a sofa).
- We complained on it and they said they will order new one and send temporary sofa till the new one arrives.
- The temporary sofa that is sent is so pathetic that we stopped using that in 2 days.
- I followed up with them multiple times and they always said they ordered sofa on Jan 4th and expected delivery takes max 6- 12 weeks.
- I have called them again to check the status, they suddenly realized they didn't even ordered that and sent email that it will take 17-18 weeks.
- When called again they are not even accepting that something has gone wrong. Instead trying to pretend as if everything is going smooth by giving misleading calculations.
- When asked right questions they just said - "It will be ONLY delivered when it is ready and just disconnected my call rudely". So they do not stick to any timelines and do not care about customers.
