We had an excellent experience purchasing our sofa at Seats and Sofas. From the very beginning, the entire process went smoothly — from choosing the model and fabric, to negotiating the price and arranging the delivery.
When the sofa arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The design and the fabric were absolutely beautiful. We are extremely happy with our purchase and highly recommend the store.

Just bought our dream couch with my husband. The environment was super friendly, and the sales team made us feel really cozy and welcomed. They have a large selection of couches with great customization options. They even gave us a discount and matched our budget. We're very happy with the purchase!

I found a sofa I liked on the 'Creation' website, but it didn’t list the dimensions, so we visited the store in Sliedrecht. Although the site advertised a significant discount, we learned it only applied to different fabric colors, which was disappointing.

After realizing the sofa was too large for our living room, we decided to leave. However, the salesperson pressured us to stay and showed us other options, insisting we finalize a deal that day and promising we could choose the model and color later. This made me uncomfortable, as I prefer to make thoughtful decisions for my first home.

The salesperson's persistence created a stressful atmosphere, and I felt relieved when we finally left. He kept pushing for a deal with a discount of only 200 or 300 euros, but I wanted something that truly suited my taste. Overall, it was a negative experience, and I’ve never encountered such pushy sales tactics before.

Nice shop, neatly cleaned up. Everyone was very friendly and Tim the salesman who helped us was very good.

Mr. Tim, who dealt with us, was very helpful. And most importantly, if the sofa set you will buy is under construction, they give you a free sofa set for temporary use. This is a good option. And most importantly, the prices are very affordable. Thank you

Very bad decision, one of the worst decisions when we moved in to buy from sears and sofas. Not even 1 year the couch is in very bad condition, watch out people what to buying, I would never buy from that place anything anymore!

1 - After ordering most of the fabric was not available it's make me so sad and I select the fabric which I Don't like %100.
2 - The seller gave me great option to send me temporary seats but it's reached to me broken , then I'm afraid to get problem when return it back later.

This is the worst company ever, i order a sofa in Sliedrecht, they told me they have the sofa in stok, in next day they make a delivery but with wrong sofa, now im waiting almoat 4weeks without sofa and without anyone called me and let me know whats happening, i call them almoat every day, and anserw allways is we dont know, call us tomorrow or call other company, its just like wwttff.. This shop just need to be closed for ever for good.

The entire team was very professional and helpful in making a decision about our future sofa. We arrived at the showroom at the end of opening hours and within 15 minutes we made a decision with their help and large expertise. The direct involvement of the manager surprised us and was really helpful. We highly recommend this company for buying a high quality sofa.

After our previous couch from another company got too much delayed we cancelled it, we went here to get another one that was actually in-stock. We went to the store in Sliedrecht and I cannot say a bad word. The people were nice and helpful (we were helped by a woman with later some help from the manager), the price was as you would expect of better quality couches, quite some ready-stock compared to similar-ranged stores (were often only made-to-order is available), and everything was clearly explained before we made any commitments.

Of course there are fewer options if you don't want to wait for the making-time, but the number of options was still quite some and quite diverse. In the end, we got a couch we were quite happy with and got it delivered within a few days (the only waiting time was for the next available slot the delivery company had time to come).

When arrived the couch turned out damaged. But after the delivery company called the store they arranged that we're getting a brand new one (which will have to be made, so takes time), but we can keep this one in the meantime to sit on and they will exchange the two couches on their cost. This was confirmed by the store the next day, and is fine as while the damages are quite apparent, they are also just aesthetical. Mistakes happen and you can't expect them to magically create stock to replace, so we consider it a perfect solution. As everything has been quite smooth so far we expect them to keep their word (and else we change the feedback, but we have a good feeling about it).

The couch looks nice and we already got quite some compliments on it, it's comfortable and the material seems good. As for durability time will tell, but we have no reason to doubt. I don't know why some others have such a bad experience with this store, but having worked retail in the past I wonder if it's really the store or the customers. My friend has already been stating we'd come back here in the future.
