Onze ervaring bij Seats and Sofas in Duiven was uiterst teleurstellend. Een bank die aanvankelijk werd geadverteerd voor €699, steeg plotseling in prijs naar €1.329 toen we een ander materiaal wilden kiezen.
Het aangeboden materiaal kwam niet overeen met wat werd geadverteerd. Voor €699 kregen we de optie van een materiaal dat zo dun en van lage kwaliteit was dat het niet in de buurt kwam van wat er op de foto's werd getoond.
Toen we besloten de winkel te verlaten, bood een verkoper ons dezelfde bank ineens aan voor €399. We gingen terug om dit nader te bekijken, maar de eigenaar beweerde toen dat de bank kapot was en niet verkocht zou worden, terwijl dezelfde medewerker op de achtergrond lachend toekeek. De bank vertoonde echter geen zichtbare gebreken.
Deze winkel lijkt duidelijk spelletjes te spelen met prijzen en klanten. Ik zal hier nooit meer terugkomen en raad anderen sterk aan om dit ook te vermijden. Dit was een ongelooflijk onprofessionele ervaring.

Our experience at Seats and Sofas in Duiven was extremely disappointing. A couch that was initially advertised for €699 suddenly increased to €1,329 when we chose a different material.
The material offered was nothing like what was advertised. For €699, we were given the option of a fabric that was so thin and of such low quality that it didn’t come close to what was shown in the photos.
When we decided to leave the store, a salesperson suddenly offered us the same couch for €399. We went back to take another look, but the owner then claimed that the couch was broken and could not be sold, while the same employee laughed in the background. However, the couch showed no visible signs of damage.
This store clearly plays games with prices and customers. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place as well. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience.
