Can not rate highly enough. I have purchased my last 2 bikes from Fitstore24. I was a bit hesitant at first as I am in Ireland and had not made any purchases of bikes online before.
All I can say is the service is exceptional 👌 Without doubt the best service I have received, if you contact them they are back to you instantly. A big thanks to everyone for a professional and outstanding service.

I bought two Giant bikes from this store, but each had different parts than those listed in the description. The store did not want to force them to fulfill the agreement or to lower the price accordingly! I will never buy anything there again!

I would like to say a huge thanks for the Fitstore24 team for the professional service they provided in assisting me with my bike. They managed to get the manufacturer to approve a hi-end carbon frame replacement, organised the logistics of international shipping of my bike, rebuilt the bike from one frame to the new one in a matter of days and took great care of the packaging as well. Throughout the process, which took just under 2 weeks, they kept in daily contact with me, paying attention to every detail of the assembly, drawing my attention to the parts that needed to be replaced and even calling me on the phone to speed up the process. Both their customer care and their professionalism deserve 5 stars, I can confidently recommend them as a service and as a dealer. I made the best decision when I chose them to buy an XC marathon top bike from abroad.

Sie haben die Genehmigung des Herstellers für den Austausch eines hochwertigen Carbonrahmens eingeholt, die Logistik für den internationalen Versand organisiert, das Fahrrad innerhalb weniger Tage von einem Rahmen auf den anderen umgebaut und sich sehr um die Verpackung gekümmert. Während des gesamten Prozesses, der fast zwei Wochen dauerte, standen sie täglich mit mir in Kontakt, achteten auf jedes Detail der Montage, machten mich auf Teile aufmerksam, die ersetzt werden mussten, und riefen mich sogar an, um den Prozess zu beschleunigen. Very good and reliable shop!

Ordered an e-bike, had a problem with a payment, but support over the phone quickly resolved the problem and shipped an e-bike in very quick terms to Germany!

Very negative experience with aftersale customer service. The Scott bike I purchased had faulty derailleur parts - jockey wheels were making terrible screeching noise. I sent all the evidence of the fault to the shop, and the customer service representative kept pushing responsibility on me - telling me to lubricate it (although I clearly wrote I already did it), sending me to a local service, telling me that Scott won't take responsibility (??) finally advising me that I make a warranty claim with Shimano (??). I finally fixed the problem myself - the hassle was not worth my time. Tried to call the shop's responsible for customer service but they had no interest in hearing my complaint. All in all, I don't care, new jockey wheels for Shimano M5100 cost like 10EUR. But I wholeheartedly advise against buying anything from this shop.

I was a decently annoying customer regarding my bike order, as they first had to get it from the manufacturer, and I can confidently say that communication was very good :) They were very fast to reply, and replies were always helpful for me.

Delivered bike was put together well, so no critique regarding that.

The only kinda negative experience was their tracking, which is a bit confusing. It goes through a 3rd party website, which is mentioned nowhere on their own website. The links on the order which you would expect to navigate to the tracking site instead just navigated to their own homepage. I got the website link by contacting them directly via email (ebex(dot)bexity(dot)com/track-and-trace/ for anyone interested). This might just be the case with buying bikes, as they use a different delivery method, but bikes are expensive so it would be nice if tracking was more proper.

There was a detail missing and after communication, I had my dealer install it and received a refund in a short time.

Bowflex C7 spinning bike price was today 989.10€. Fitstore24.com change product price afternoon when Black Friday started and now spinning bike price is 1299,00€. Company doesn't inform the lowest price of last 30 days which is required by the EU. Fitstore24.com does not give a reliable picture of the company. Additional discount is a scam

Everything worked properly.
The shop informed me of the delivery, the courier called me to arrange an appointment.
I bought a high-end bike, and it arrived with all the accessories: reflectors, bell, tubeless kit and pedals (for many shops, high-end bikes normally come without pedals).

Unreliable. They take the money, do not send the bike, do not inform of delays, promise a delivery in the short future, no bike seen... Have been waiting for 3 months. Will I ever get it?

I ordered an exercise bike from this company because I couldn't find the bike I wanted from a retailer in Ireland. The pricing was comparable to other retailers that I could find who carried the bike (though I wish I had waited a week for their Black Friday sale, but that's my fault). Their customer service was very responsive and I received my bike in about two weeks. You do have to pay a bit extra for shipping to Ireland but it was worth it to get what I wanted.

Bought a mountain bike from Fitstore 24, everything went very smooth - simple order process, fast & free shipping to my country (EU), great bike and even received a small gift from the seller. Highly recommended online store!

A bike from a web shop in Austria. What can possibly go wrong? Nothing, as it turns out.

Very fast delivery, I only had to put pedals on and arrange the steering, and I was up and running.

It arrived so fast so the package tracking was still in southern Germany, and I'm in Denmark.

Delivery without tracking NR.
Package totally damage and all loose items are missing.
Takes extra time to find out what items are missing (manuals ,extra parts,pedals and charger)
Customer Service works well and solved the problem.
Finally i would not buy online a bike again ,it could be much worse that was a lesson.

Bought a great, new Koga bike! Free delivery to Denmark from Austria, great price moreover. No complaints!
