Great customer service, but tracking is lackluster and confusing

I was a decently annoying customer regarding my bike order, as they first had to get it from the manufacturer, and I can confidently say that communication was very good :) They were very fast to reply, and replies were always helpful for me.

Delivered bike was put together well, so no critique regarding that.

The only kinda negative experience was their tracking, which is a bit confusing. It goes through a 3rd party website, which is mentioned nowhere on their own website. The links on the order which you would expect to navigate to the tracking site instead just navigated to their own homepage. I got the website link by contacting them directly via email (ebex(dot)bexity(dot)com/track-and-trace/ for anyone interested). This might just be the case with buying bikes, as they use a different delivery method, but bikes are expensive so it would be nice if tracking was more proper.
