Lauren Jones was wonderful and amazing
Lauren Jones was wonderful and amazing. It is the first time in a long time that I have gotten someone helpful when calling First Tech customer service. She was friendly, polite, very helpful, and went above and beyond without me even asking.
She was even understanding of my frustration with First Tech as a company no longer having a branch near me, and even when told we are considering leaving because the business is not meeting our business needs or our preferred way of banking.

Great staff
Great staff! On every call to FT I have been encouraged to look into FT's various programs that might be of help to me. It goes without saying that these programs or services were explained in a manner to be helpful, not to give me a "hard sell." It also goes without saying that each person , when called, gave me the help that I needed.

Kindness is contagious
I called over the weekend and was not able to get my issue resolved. I had to call back during the week. Matthew Wright was the most helpful, pleasant person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This was a great experience especially after the day I was having. First Tech CU closed Credit Card with…
First Tech CU closed Credit Card with no notification. They claimed they sent an email notifying me of inactivity, with a chance for me to use my credit card to keep it active. I never received the email. I DO NOT lose emails. They will not re-open the card. I took a 7 point credit score hit. I lost 24,500 reward points. They are not doing anything about it. They just lost a 40-year customer.

Today, April 21st, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Daniel Paslin.
