We visited our local branch to upgrade our accounts and sign up for a new product after many years with First Tech. Matt was with me multiple times patiently troubleshooting and helping with a complicated situation to be able to open a cjoint credit card and add thatt friend to my checking account as joint. The joint owner is not a memeber and is in a different state which makes the situation so complicated. He made sure he had a resolution to it for me!! Thank you Matt!

Genaro was so helpful and polite. Even when I was explaining pointless stuff to him that wasn't necessary he just listened and did his best to help me. He even went above and beyond to reach out to the branch to help me find my appointment time because I stupidly didn't put it in my calender. Ahmed Hassan was extremely helpful and courteous in solving my issue with my credit card being locked while I was on vacation in China. Rather than leaving it at that, he informed me that I was missing out on completely free no-strings-attached benefits that I could be earning that I wasn't taking advantage of. I received an email that a request was made to change my debit card or credit card to a digital wallet. I did not request this and called First Tech to get help. Brie answered the call and helped me get a new card on the way to avoid any fraud on my account. Thanks, Brie!!
