It was time to upgrade and reorganize our account.

We visited our local branch to upgrade our accounts and sign up for a new product after many years with First Tech. The representative listened to our interests and issues then proceeded to process our application and recommend how best to use their services to improve our returns. Our representative made all of the changes and everything is working out well.

Also, the department that processed our application was very helpful and quick. The changes to our account were done by the next and ready to go.

Customer service is the best

Customer service is the best! Tesha was extremely helpful and followed up with her colleagues to make 100% sure my questions were answered correctly. I have been with First Tech for years, and wouldn't do my banking anywhere else.

Matt was with me multiple times…

Matt was with me multiple times patiently troubleshooting and helping with a complicated situation to be able to open a cjoint credit card and add thatt friend to my checking account as joint. The joint owner is not a memeber and is in a different state which makes the situation so complicated. He made sure he had a resolution to it for me!! Thank you Matt!

Genaro was so helpful and polite

Genaro was so helpful and polite. Even when I was explaining pointless stuff to him that wasn't necessary he just listened and did his best to help me. He even went above and beyond to reach out to the branch to help me find my appointment time because I stupidly didn't put it in my calender. Thank you Genaro for being yet another reason why First Tech is amazing.

Helped me with international travel and more!

Ahmed Hassan was extremely helpful and courteous in solving my issue with my credit card being locked while I was on vacation in China. Rather than leaving it at that, he informed me that I was missing out on completely free no-strings-attached benefits that I could be earning that I wasn't taking advantage of. I was a little skeptical at first, but he stepped me through it and helped me out. Thanks Ahmed!

I received an email that a request was…

I received an email that a request was made to change my debit card or credit card to a digital wallet. I did not request this and called First Tech to get help. Brie answered the call and helped me get a new card on the way to avoid any fraud on my account. Thanks, Brie!!
