For the first time in my life I feel like I have a personal Financial Advisor and a Banker who knows me and my family and our needs in Mayra Jimenez-Metoyer at First Tech in Santa Rosa. Mayra remembers me! Thanks to her warmth and truly caring ways I don’t just walk in and out of just another bank where they don’t know me as any different than the last customer who walked in and out.
Mayra truly cares about her customers as people that she genuinely likes and wants to know better. When we sold a home in Napa and needed advice on how to invest the proceeds she knew just how to advise us so that we felt confident with the choices we made that day.
I have been a member of First Tech for many years and I just want to thank her and say what a difference Mayra has made in making my experience fresh and welcoming and something I look forward to!

Great customer service
Amanda reached out both via phone and email to let me know my CD was maturing soon. I stopped in the branch and she was friendly and helpful. She made the adjustments necessary and got the job done knowledgeably and quickly.
