I recently worked with Alana Tate, and I want to acknowledge how outstanding she was. She guided me through my questions with patience, offered empathy when I felt confused, and resolved each issue with confidence and professionalism. She truly embodies what excellence looks like.

My experience at First Tech for their services is always excellent and very often, the employees make it awesome exceptional. Same was the case this time with Jams Silvius who was efficient in getting the job done in notarizing all my documents and importantly, courteous, and very accommodating to ensure the work was done correctly, making additional copies and answering our queries regarding the process and our accounts and services. Jams is an example of how excellent customer service and engagement are fundamental and make all the difference in maintaining happy customers over several years (have been with 1st Tech for 26 years) and grow their business by keeping the highest standards in serving the customer. My experience was very good, indeed.
The name of the lady whom I had the pleasure of communicating with is Michelle. Am sure she is unaware of it, but I have have spoken to her on the phone in the past.
I well understand that working at a call center Is, often times, unpleasant.
I’m an older man and my hearing is anything but stellar.
She was very kind, courteous andanswered all my questions.
I have no idea if the ladies who work the call center are able to read people‘s responses but on the off chance that perhaps she will see this I want to say thank you, Michelle, for your help and your kindness

Misha was polite, friendly, and extremely patient when I had trouble getting into the correct web site.

Juan is the best and patient rep I spoke to and he went above and beyond my expectations and he broke down everything about my credit profile and how the under writers look at credit profile. I recommend him to anyone that need help with any products. He will break it down for you. Thanks again.

I had a great experience with Frank Lee!! I had initially made a quick pay payment on May 1st but I guess I transposed some numbers, not sure. I called and spoke with Frank with customer service, he stayed on the line with me while I made another payment along with the late fee :( I have been having trouble with catching up on my car loan, so I asked for a deferment. Frank explained the process with me and the effect of the balloon payment, which I had no idea that would be the outcome of. I’m very grateful and appreciative for Frank for the patience and experience he has. Thank you Frank!!

Very pleased with the in-person meeting to get a new CD account set up. All my questions were answered.

The fact that all bankers were experienced enough to be able to walk me through and set up my new banking ID's . I appreciate their experience and kindness throughout the process.

I needed help with a check I received from a tax preparer. The check was denied and Ashley (sorry if the spelling is wrong) was outstanding in helping me try to get the problem solved. She went above and beyond with the friendly and patient help. She gets an A+ from me!

I spoke with Erin Devine twice when having to deal with my hacked bank account. He was understanding and consoling, which is what a person needs after such an incident. You are incredibly fortunate to have an employee like him.
