Selecting, ordering, and delivery of the bed was spot on. Unusual for companies to use their own delivery people and these do, which is great. The delivery guys were brilliant.

The bed we bought is pretty good. Fairly easy to build. We got one of those ottoman lift up beds. Took a star off , as the bottom of the inside of the base is basically just a bit of cloth with velcro bits on it. Thought it might have been a bit better standard for the price.

Very helpful salesman. Ordering straightforward. Bed base delivery was great. Andrew and Janis were super helpful and took great care with the delivery.

We went into Benson for Beds store in Pontprennau where Andy met us - he was brilliant - he got us to lie on a bed which measured what mattress was suitable for us (which by the way was spot on) He showed us all the options and price ranges. He wasn't pushy at all and we chose a bed and mattress and he wrote down all the details for us and even though we didn't buy it that day we went back two weeks later and purchased the bed and mattress through Andy. OMG he made it such a pleasurable experience - it makes such a change not to be pressured into making a decision there and then. So a big thankyou to Andy you are a star.

The choosing of my bed was easy as we had a member of staff explaining the pricing and comfort of the beds and mattresses. We went away but came back to Bensons as they had the best value for money.

We purchased a mattress from these guys and the customer experience was excellent. Stewart the salesman listened to exactly what we told him our needs were and sold us the correct product even although it was less expensive than the mattress we were looking at initially which tells me that this company put the customer needs first. Delivery was flawless and they took the old mattress away. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Andrea the sales assistant was really helpful as I was not sure what I needed.The delivery was spot on time and Peter and Michael were excellent.so my experience with Benson was very good and I would recommend them to anyone.
