Wendy assisted us at the Ashford store. She was friendly and professional and helped us choose the right bed and frame combination to meet our needs. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the store itself was a little run down and improvements could be made to the environment and feel of the store.

The guys in store were great at guiding me round the shop and were brilliant at advising me on all the products so I could make an informed choice on what to buy. In addition no problems with the delivery.

Slow delivery
Compared to other websites delivery is very slow.
Next day delivery on some websites, 2 weeks on Bensons and I've order a Bensons own product!
Went to Ashford store to test out mattress and buy one, but REALLY poor availability of mattresses. You would think they would have stock of their own product.
