As we walked into the store we were welcomed and ask if we needed any help, we explained what we were after and Tyrell escorted us to the products. He left us to wander around the department. As We left the store, we told Tyrell we had made other arrangements to meet friends. He told us what time the store was closing that day and it certainly would not be an inconvenience if we came in 5 minutes before they closed. We returned to the store to see Tyrell and he was with another client, we were approached by Mark the manager who explained that Tyrell had told him what we after, he assisted us with all our needs.Needless to say we purchased the products. The service we received was absolutely fantastic.

Great quality bed and mattress at a reasonable price. Karen who served me was extremely helpful. Delivered at time stated and deliver to the room requested.

We were warmly welcomed when we entered the store. Karen gave us the space to browse without making us feel pressured but was on hand to offer guidance when needed. The advice and help we were given was informative without being pushy - this made the experience so much better than you often get in similar places. Would definitely recommend others go here and we would certainly go back for other furniture needs. Thank you.

I am pleased with the beds and mattresses. There was a hiccup with one of the mattresses but the Manager resolved this very promptly

There was a good choice of sofa beds in store and the sales assistant had access to a lot of information.
The product arrived a few days after ordering and we are pleased with our purchase.
