This trip was our introduction to Bensons for Beds. The staff that helped us were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we were able to find a mattress that was suited for us. The only disappointment was that they didn't have the firmness of bed in the model we were considering so we had to test the firmness on a different model. It would have been better to have more options in each model to ensure we could try out what we were buying.

Friendly service with a good selection of beds to try.

Polite and professional. Great communication from start to finish. I don’t know how that got our super king mattress up a very tight staircase, but it was done in minutes. Will definitely buy from Bensons again.

The sales person in the shop was very helpful and not trying to push expensive ones over cheaper ones. He clearly explained the different types of mattresses, gave time to think it through. Arranged delivery, already aware that a small vehicle was needed due to poor access. Delivery was on time and efficient. Only negative was being asked for a review, many times, before the item was delivered

Communication regarding manufacture and delivery was very good.
Fitters were very good and removed all rubbish before they left.

From choosing the mattress in store to it being delivered everything went smoothly . Jo the lady who helped us was friendly professional and knowledgeable. The guys who delivered were on time , friendly and polite.

Olivia was so great and patient with me, she tracked a bed I wanted, and then as I discussed my child, she advised me of another small double, bed that I was not aware of that was more practical so yes, excellent experience

Great customer service.
I was advised on the options for a mattress based on my preferences. I lay on the mattresses to test their comfort. There was no pressure to choose. I was given detailed information on the different mattresses - how they are constructed, how supportive they are, how to care for them, etc. I was given plenty of time to assess the mattresses and am confident in my choice.

Staff in the store were knowledgeable and helpful, the store had a good selection of mattresses to choose from.
Delivery was on time and the delivery chaps were efficient and quick.

Bed was carried up to room by delivery team. Advised on how long it would take to assemble. Contacted in advance with a more accurate delivery time

The delivery men were polite and courteous and got on with the job no problem
