Really happy - the mechanic was very clear, turned up punctually and changed discs and pads on my Mini. Cost £200 less than the local independent and supplied/fitted Pagid OEM kit … what’s not to like ?

Had fantastic service from you the mechanic was very professional and informative about my car as I kept asking questions about it hope he didn’t mind very easy to talk too and did a fantastic job would definitely recommend to everyone

Fair price, convenient and good service

As an AA Member I Tried to gain information re car servicing at my home address via telephone waited a long time to speak with Operator eventually got through but for some reason got cut off. Made second call to Operator awaited long time before being put through to relevant Department. The line was very faint could barely hear the staff member I wanted to know about wether my access at my home was acceptable & the cost of the service? I Could not believe your response! I could barely hear what was being said but heard something about using the internet. I gave up! Just been on the internet & found out about costs etc do not know if they relate to my vehicle. I guess it is an age issue & at 82 years of age I have to accept we are Computer illiterate! I will stick to my local garage Best Regards Rodney Taylor

pinpointed the problem, ad blue pump failure, would definitely use again

Really pleased our overall the only thing I would say is the mechanic assessed the Car and then suggested any potential issues which was great however that wasn’t recorded on the final report so I was having to try and remember when I asked my Garage to book it in

The actual service of the car was great and hassle free. Booking it was another matter and was a complete and utter shambles! It was booked, postponed, cancelled, rebooked, postponed again, cancelled again etc - four times in total. Had two pending payments against my bank account at one point so had to move funds over from savings to cover other outgoing payments. Would have given 5 stars otherwise

On time. Listened and completed the job to satisfaction advised for where necessary requirements

The engineer was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Could not have been better.

The booking system is not so good, several automated messages with incorrect details.

Whilst the service itself is good, the logistics of it all could do with some improvement. Everything is confirmed many times over with many emails detailing what service has been booked and how to get ready for it, however, when it came to the day I did NOT receive a call in the morning to clarify the time. Instead I received a call 15 mins before the service that the mechanics are arriving (luckily I was home) There were more emails and texts about the status of the service whilst the mechanics were right outside my home which is confusing and information overload. The final report only arrived the next day as part of another 5 emails summarising everything with just one little detail missing: the actual work that needs doing. Too much digital overload. The service itself, the mechanics, where great, friendly and helpful.

Turned up on time,explained what was happening. G old service, would definitely use again.

Engineers were polite & professional & full service carried out as booked.
However, I had reserved a morning slot but they didn’t turn up until after 12:30pm without any prior communication to let me know so I wasted the whole morning waiting for them to turn up. Need to improve communication to customer if running late or booked slot has changed.

Arrived on time carried out full service very pleased

Brilliant service friendly and knowledgeable mechanic would have David again
