Tom Bennell made contact the evening before with an ETA which was helpful. He arrived just ahead of schedule & carried out the work in a professional manor. The wrong disc's were supplied but Tom went to the parts supplier & was back with the correct part within 15 minutes. He also advised on the condition of the front disc's & pads. A job well done.

I thought the job completed was ok at the time but i took it for a planned service the following day and was shown that the bracket holding the battery has been damaged and can't be refitted and the epc isn't working because of this damage.
Also, I paid £378 for battery fitting and a couple of other jobs. Today you've taken another £378 that I've so far spent 2 hours trying to get back, without success.
Almost £800 out of my account is sa substantial amount.
What do i do to get it back as Tobias who is spoke to was also unhelpful.

Great service and engineers

First time trial of the at home service with RAC. By far the most convenient service I have experienced. Dan, the technician, was professional and courteous providing me with the full details and showing me any advisory work required. No more waiting for lifts back and fore to the garage or hanging around waiting. Definitely a better option if you have a suitable area for the work.

After a bad experience with mechanic Neil!! (Waste of space) i had a lovely mechanic today called Jason(8309) and his partner, they were friendly, helpful, explained everything, were very thorough! I was impressed with them both.

Excellent. Scott Hunter ID no 8587 was brilliant. I had booked in to have a new starter motor fitted on my drive and Scott got it sorted in no time. Great friendly knowledgeable young man. Will recommend to everyone

Communication from the first booking to the day was fantastic, the two mechanics were great went above and beyond to have the car fixed .Stayed to make sure everything was working.

Excellent service from Chris, I was told when he'd arrive, which was spot on, I will definitely use RAC home service again, (he even remembered coming out to my daughter's car, and what the issue was, now that's a personalised service) unlike the manufacturer where you're just a number. Thanks very much, highly recommend.

Efficient, on time and just the nicest guy! Kept me updated of arrival time, and was really a pleasure to have met him.

2nd time using these guys. Service was fantastic yet again, punctual, polite, super helpful.
Booked for discs and pads to cover worse case scenario, mechanic advised discs didn’t need doing so I wasn’t charged.
Would recommend these guys to everyone.

David who came out to fit my battery was absolutely amazing! Kept me updated on everything that was going on and made sure I was put at ease before going! Even did everything he could to help towards me being able to pay! Thankyou so much! It can be overwhelming and stressful as a young woman dealing with car issues but he was so lovely and very professional!!

Kyle was amazing and very quick at repairing vehicle.

The mechanic was very kind and respectful. He explained all the advisors clearly. Booking and paying for the service was easy and very convenient.

So easy to book service. RAC sent frequent reminders. The engineer sent through approximate time the day before and confirmed on his way on the day, and arrived as stated, on time. Engineer very pleasant, friendly and did a thorough job. Would use again and recommend.
