Very impressed with process, cost and mechanic.
Mechanic courteous , knowledgeable and helpful.

A quote to fit a new alternator to my car. £609.27 was the cost. Far too expensive.

Had brake pads changed and break inspection carried out by Mobile mechanic. 2 weeks later car brake stops working . Brakes checked again, mechanic did not pick up on brake pads being worn at front, only changed rear. Also another mechanic found that the brake hose has been left twisted by repair. Terrible service, could have killed me, my 2 young children and unborn child. Recalled mechanic out to fix break hose but got charged an extra 75 pound rather than some apologies. Going through complaints service now- a lot of stress for a pregnant mum of 2. Still not heard anything back 2 weeks in.

Everyone involved the original mechanic , the phone call to book the repair (as I had declined the original offer for repair but changed my mind ) and the repair mechanic . All were so professional , kind and very friendly . I was very impressed . And was so nice to have a number to ring where a human answers the phone . Easy stress free process . Highly recommend.

Lewis was great, he kept me informed on his ETA, was punctual, diligent, and explained what he was doing from start to finish.
I felt reassured right from the start through to the end.
The price was competitive and it was more convenient than needing to wait for an opportunity for the garage to fit it in.

My first experience of remedial work conducted without having to drive to a repair shop.Connor kept me informed of his estimated arrival time.He did a top notch brake replacement,explaining each section of the work required.His work was thorough with brilliant attention to detail.My car was then road tested before he departed.My whole experience from booking, through to work completed inspired confidence.Thanks for a job done very well indeed..

Very efficient service , Positive feedback from Mechanic

Having used RAC twice before I had no issues calling them again, so doing a emergency stop a I managed to burst a brake flexible pipe. Called RAC will be there Wednesday first thing, arrived ok removed osf wheel said you need a new pipe and would order one and return £99 pounds thank you very much. Not hearing from them i phoned them and started to get pushed from pillar to post, wrong dept wrong number wrong this wrong that, eventually weve got the part but the technical depot had pulled the job, no reason no excuse no more contact. 77 year old in poor health and they don`t care. BE WARNED

Very pleasant young man turned up on time to perform at home service, efficient and polite at all times, happy to have received Service, however 4 stars as report doesn't specify part specifications for oil, filters etc.. also paid for what I expected to be air-con recharge only to receive pollen spray.

Simon went out of his way to complete service during the day as having to wait for the wheel locking nut to be found.

The mechanic was excellent. He kept me informed about his ETA. He was efficient and fixed the problem. He was professional, polite and friendly. The charge was very reasonable.

Alex attended my campervan this morning to fit a replacement battery, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. He arrived earlier than expected, which was greatly appreciated, and carried out the job quickly and efficiently.

He was knowledgeable, friendly and communicated really well throughout, explaining what he was doing and answering my questions clearly. He also took the time to give me some useful advice and guidance about other things that may need attention. In particular, he noticed that the service light had come on on the dashboard and pointed out that the injector pipes looked quite rusted while he was changing the battery. It was really helpful that he spotted these things and brought them to my attention.

Overall, Alex was extremely helpful and professional, and the whole experience was very positive from start to finish. He is a credit to RAC and I would have no hesitation recommending his service.
