Simon was really polite and did an excellent job - the only reason I am giving 1-star is that i had been told there would be no cost, when he left, a bill for £220 appeared. Not happy at all

Quick and reliable service done can't fault it

Turned up at the allotted time and carried out the work with due diligence.

Mechanic turned up within the window. Very courteous and fixed promptly.

Arrived promptly and carried out full service on my daughter’s car in driveway. Very pleasant mechanic and would use this service again as competitive price compared to local garages.

Today i had a very positive experience with RAC service. Especially DAVE who came for rescue as a mechanic was incredibly supportive and very helpful and very knowledgeable and very nice , simply Great.I just wanted to give a shout out for Dave especially. I recommend RAC above all other services.!

No problem with the mechanic or the work. It was easy to book and represented value for money over the quotes I received from the Skoda garage. My only issue was he didn’t have the correct parts to complete the job so it took longer than maybe it should have. Otherwise a great service.’

Michael arrived , set himself up and got on with it, no fuss, explained in detail some minor issues he had discovered for my attention at end of the service, took payment and off he went. Good job.

We have booked RAC for our car battery replacement. They were keep us updated since morning through text messages. They were in time and make sure that battery works well. I am happy with their services. The price is bit high though.

Very impressed with process, cost and mechanic.
Mechanic courteous , knowledgeable and helpful.

A quote to fit a new alternator to my car. £609.27 was the cost. Far too expensive.

Had brake pads changed and break inspection carried out by Mobile mechanic. 2 weeks later car brake stops working . Brakes checked again, mechanic did not pick up on brake pads being worn at front, only changed rear. Also another mechanic found that the brake hose has been left twisted by repair. Terrible service, could have killed me, my 2 young children and unborn child. Recalled mechanic out to fix break hose but got charged an extra 75 pound rather than some apologies. Going through complaints service now- a lot of stress for a pregnant mum of 2. Still not heard anything back 2 weeks in.

Everyone involved the original mechanic , the phone call to book the repair (as I had declined the original offer for repair but changed my mind ) and the repair mechanic . All were so professional , kind and very friendly . I was very impressed . And was so nice to have a number to ring where a human answers the phone . Easy stress free process . Highly recommend.

Lewis was great, he kept me informed on his ETA, was punctual, diligent, and explained what he was doing from start to finish.
I felt reassured right from the start through to the end.
The price was competitive and it was more convenient than needing to wait for an opportunity for the garage to fit it in.
