Matthew was a super star from the moment he arrived. He did a full test on the car to rule out any other possible issues. Matthew talked me through what he was doing, what he was looking for and why. He answered all the questions I had without any hesitation.
Matthew addressed the issue, had all the relevant parts. Did an amazing thorough job. Very neat, tidy, incredibly polite and friendly. Five star service.

The fitting of a new battery and the service was exactly as described by the patrol man who came on Sunday and carried out with no fuss.

Matthew Roberts attended my car today kept me informed regarding time he would be reaching my home. He did a complete once over checked for any other faults. Talked me through what he was doing and looking for. He was able to detect the issue and fix having all the correct parts with him.
An outstanding Mechanic, very friendly, incredibly polite and well mannered. Cannot recommend or speak highly enough of him. He is an absolute credit to RAC.

I was kept well informed of the mechanics arrival time which was spot on. They were very courteous and professional, diagnosed the issue I was having and completed the work on my car with no fuss at my home. The price wasn't too bad either.
Remarkable service really.

Booked an urgent brake and disc replacement and got a slot two days away. Great communication up front and Lee was great, evidently competent, pleasant and careful to make no mess and tidy up afterwards. Reasonable price too. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the professionalism of the patrols and the mechanic very polite guys .I have had to call them out twice in the last few weeks and the patrols have arrived very quick and they diagnosed the problems and sorted what the problems were and I requested a mechanic on the second call out and the problem was sorted in minutes .Thank you once again to the guys that attended much appreciated.

Punctual arrival, quick performance.
BUT I ordered a brake fluid change, and it isn't on the report; and a wiper change, and that isn't on the report either except that he told me the rear wiper needs changed soon - I expected this to be changed!
