Sam came to replace my front brake discs and pads at the height of the heatwave. He was kind and courteous, took great care over the job, and worked super efficiently to get the job done. Booking was very straightforward, the job ran smoothly and the work was brilliant value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The mechanic was quite professional on how he prepared is work area. I was not pleased with the end result. I might of misunderstood. This is a area i believe needs looking into. After completing the service, the mechanic highlighted a few faults. He did not correct any of them, or made attempts to do so. I had to take my car to a garage for repairs after the MOT, because it failed. I need not of bothered with mobile mechanic, it just cost me a lot more money & wasted time. Explain, given a choice, knowing what i know, i would not have used the RAC mobile mechanic.

Prompt service, couldn't fault anything at all

Great experience with Jamey (8839) booked to replace rear break pads and was able to find the cause for the uneven wear. Showed me the issue and explained everything he fixed. Great young lad and an asset to RAC.

I was given a time when the engineer would arrive and he did. He was very pleasant and did the job well and quickly. I tested the result and was pleased with it.

Called the day before to advise any time. Came early, very helpful and informative.

We had a mechanic called Matt Roberts, and he was quick and precise and friendly! He answered our questions well and completed the job very efficiently, couldn't ask for a better mechanic. Thank you, Matt :)

He diagnosed a different problem that didnt require a new part for inside the car becsuse the wires had melted for the interior fan motor so he cut out melted part and fused them together!

The whole experience of using the RAC was seamless and top class ,from breakdown vehicle with Jack last night who diagnosed the failing battery knew the car and was so professional ,then today with Matthew Roberts turning up at my house first thing and changed the battery talking me through all the steps ,old school service at it's best ,RAC you should be proud of both men great work ,Grant Bosence 5 High Street Stanion reg GB05 NCE 👌👌

Having never used a mobile mechanic for servicing before…I’m converted! Zack arrived early having phoned in advance then undertook a full service with zero inconvenience. Everything was done as requested and completed promptly. Will use the RAC over the local garage in the future.
