New car insurance

After eternal form filling and talking to other insurance reps., who couldn’t complete because my new car wasn’t registered yet and couldn’t be without insurance, I called AA and spoke to David, who over-rid the system and completed my problems easily

Very easy to fill in details online

Very easy to fill in details online, fair price when comparing with the likes of compare the market, could have got home insurance a bit cheaper elsewhere but the coverage of the AA policy is far better so works out better value for money, very pleased with the AA home insurance

EXEMPLARY SERVICE

What a gem this business is. Immediate, trouble free access to all my car insurance documents.

Previously I had cheaper insurance elsewhere, but the website was clumsy, so when the AA offered a top class 'gold' comprehensive at a good price I bought in. I am now into year three.

I have been a member of the AA all my long driving life, going back to the 1960s, when they would post me route maps to wherever you wanted to go in the UK. Occasionally I had a car issue and AA Assistance arrived in a few minutes. In all my many driving miles I always had 'Peace of Mind' and I still do. My advice?- 'GO with it'.

Reasonable price for cover offered but the AI chat is useless

The price was reasonable and covered 99% of what I needed so I give it 4 stars. But the AI Chat bot was (as 99% of them always are) unhelpful and redirected me to a human so why not just use humans in the chat. Also, I got the quote through a comparison site and the "Buy now" part was ultra complicated so for these 2 reasons, I couldn't award the full 5 stars.

Very good quite and insured quickly

Very good quite and insured quickly, but went to change my plate over and didn't recognise my email but used it to take my money, something to do with free cover from my bank.so got to phone and I'm sure they will want to charge me so not so happy at this moment 🤔🤔🤔☹️☹️

I can not get the insurance details pn the app it shows mybreakdown cover which i have with my bank i have tried severals times
