Stood out

The web site that i used to find the best quote turned up the AA when i checked it out and reading reviews the AA stood out above the rest

Slow and poor automated replies.

Notified AA of an accident stressing this was not a claim as not claiming for damage to my car. Despite a couple of email I just get automated replies informing me that they would get in touch!
This is disappointing and doesn’t help as I want to transfer my policy to a new car I have purchased but believe I can’t do this until the accident incident is resolved.
