My experience with the AA for the first time

I’m not very good at doing things…
I’m not very good at doing things online. I found a phone number spoke to this wonderful lady who talked me through it from start to finish. explain absolutely everything what my policy was but the monthly repayment for everything thank you so much for a wonderful service. The price to renew my Car Insurance was wonderful from my previous insurer and the service was 100%.

Rip off merchants
They text you to say that they're taking money out for direct debit but only send you emails for the renewal. I missed the emails and now I am paying over £10 more a month for the same service when I could move my insurance elsewhere and save myself £14 extra per month. It's a rip off.
