Jessie was very helpful - answered my questions and explained simply what I needed to know (about why a bill was higher one month when I wasn't there).
She as well made the suggestion about uploading a photo of my meter reading monthly given my distributer only does quarterly readings - so that's helpful as it ensures that the bill is appropriate for my usage.
Had call with Jessie & she understood my query and supported quickly. Followed up internally and updated status regularly to me. Calls made consistently to fix the queries & resolved it
I had a query regarding my final bill and Krizza was very helpful and explained the meter reading process. Nectr customer service is spot on, always replying to emails promptly and answering call quickly.

Jamir gave me an Immediate response with very descriptive information to resolve two queries of mine. Super impressed and was nice to not be told to call and the email was super convenient to receive and so quickly too.
Jessie quickly resolved my issue. I was advised that my registered concession card was no longer valid. Jessie addressed the situation and determined that I had another concession card which was valid - and which she has now applied to my account.

Today I just finally find someone on call,who is helpful,and patient enough to solve my issues with connecting with nctr, his name is JAYBIE, and I recommend him, very professional and just the right person to answer all your questions, simple and easy to understand. So I was a customer before and wanted to stay with nctr as I get low electricity bills. But when we moved house I've been told to sign up again, there was an issue while I try to fill details, so I called them back for help, 3 times I called and 3 different people answered,no one did help, they end up telling me,to find a friend or a relative to help,so I quit 😢 and switched to Origin..today I wanted to give it a try as it's been a year and a half since with origin,and am blessed to be served by this guy JAYBIE,who helped me finalise the form filling. Thank you once again boy and keep up the good work.

I was seeking clarificatiion on details listed in the contract welcome pack via email. I received a prompt response from Jessie who answered my enquiry in clear and concise detail.
I was rejected by Nectr saying I didn't meet minimum credit requirements. I have an Excellent rating with Equifax and have never missed any kind of payment in my life. Very perplexed. Customer service were no use just told me to get in contact with Equifax
