I wanted to give a zero rating but this is not there. Customer service line is so pathetic. No one will attend to your call until 30 minutes wait. Seems like customers time has no value at all. Had a billing issues in spite of setting up auto debit it still does not trigger and then adds late payment fee on the customer in the next bill.

We are bombarded with adverts to put solar on our roofs then the FIT is reduced to 3c which Origin then sells for up to 60c. This is national disgrace! Yes we are told to fit a battery but not everyone has a spare 10k.
The federal government in its stupidity is Killing this country.

I have tried ringing and filling in these forms for the $100 rebate but it won’t let me change certain answers such as my plan dates so guess I miss out on the $100 iff eligible.
