Katie was so helpful and has been like…

Katie was so helpful and has been like that since i got her first reply email. She is an asset to the company. I have honestly never dealt with anyone previously that was so helpful, kind and friendly. She explained everything and offered extra help (financial counselling contacts) if required.
Can't thank her enough. Pleasure to deal with her. Thanks Katie, your awesome :)

Was blown away by the reply time of CJ

Was blown away by the reply time of CJ, I would send a reply and before I knew it I would have a reply email. Beyond happy by the support and information given and got the extension request in no time.

My bill was more than twice my previous…

My bill was more than twice my previous bills. No proper explanation was made and no credit offered whatsoever. Not sure why it was so high as we are using nothing more then we used in the last 12 months. Not happy

After being messed around by some of…

After being messed around by some of your operatives for an hour and a half roughly I hung up rang again and got Komal who was very helpful, friendly and apologetic. An engineer turned up promptly that day and fixed the problem. All the same we were without reliable hot water for two weeks.

Having trouble with broadband…

Having trouble with broadband connection. I think his name was Liam was excellent in every way trying to get connected on my TV. He tried everything for 2 hrs talking me through every step. However he could not get it to work.

Lack of communication from Origin

Last week I had a gas bottle delivery, the bill was $150 less $25 winter discount leaving $125 to be paid, I was happy with that. Today I get New account stating I owed $220. Origin is now charging me $95 a year annual fee for two bottles for maintenance? This was done without any consultation that they were implementing a new fee. If I knew this last week I would have gone to a new supplier which I am now considering doing. Not good enough Origin, you take loyal customers for granted.

Completely stuffed up my connection and…

Completely stuffed up my connection and now can’t bill me correctly. Jemena are the distributor but Origin offered no assistance and the connect team are rude and unhelpful … they told me to ring Jemena myself. The general help line is good and have promised to fix the “issues” but don’t answer emails or get back to customers like me who have “issues” all of which were caused by Origin and Jemena.

I was having an issues with internet…

I was having an issues with internet since i had a connection (5th July). It worked for 3 days then it stopped working.
I had no internet service since last night again. Today Travis was able to help within shortest time.

Courteous customer care

Daniel was really helpful with getting me onto a payment plan as I’m currently experiencing a complicated pregnancy and unable to work. He was so prompt and kind when dealing with.
