Can not change plans online

To change plans online does not work. No changed plans offered only a more expensive gas plan. The plans quoted on my bill to save money are not offered.

I setup an account with them moving…

I setup an account with them moving into a new house, provided the meter number etc.

Two months later our gass got cut off, turns out they never processed the transfer. When calling them the best they could do was sorry and said it'll be 15 business days to reconnect....

Ended up going to kleanheat and they were able to reconnect it in 3 and offer much cheaper rates, avoid alinta.
