Kevin was great today, very courteous and informative. We came in to look for Sofas and mattresses, and found the right one. He guided us thru the products quickly and effectively. Looking forward to delivery of my first purchase soon.

Brendan at the Paisley branch was great, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Good all round experience and service.

Spent hours trying to find the perfect sofa and eventually settled on one that both my hubby and I liked. Spoke to Brendan at the Paisley store and his service was 2nd to none, even offered a coffee! But Brendan was extremely helpful and provided lots of information and even some.hints and tips. Great service and felt looked after. thank you

Ashraf have a great sense of humour and very good customer service. I came in with the intention to buy only sofa i ended up buying more things than i needed.

Visited the NCF in Birmingham Highgate where Aiden attended to me and my wife. We came on multiple occasions as we required an initial look, then measurements and then a purchase visit. He was extremely helpful and accessible on all 3 occasions, and went the extra mile to help with lead times and finding the right sofa's for us. We ended up finding a perfect fitting sofa and the right colour match. Despite the several visits and time consuming process on our behalf, Aiden was always helpful, patient, friendly, addressed all our questions appropriately and explained all aftercare options in detail.
