A relaxing experience
From the moment we started speaking with Robert Frankcom at NCF Living, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol,we knew we were dealing with someone who genuinely cared about helping us make the right choice, rather than simply making a sale.
We were looking for some new dining chairs and Rob was absolutely brilliant throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, but importantly, never pushy. He gave us plenty of time and space to look around and make our own decision, while being readily available whenever we wanted advice.
What really impressed us was Rob’s honest and straightforward approach. He didn’t exaggerate the products, make unrealistic promises or tell us what he thought we wanted to hear just to secure a sale. Instead, he gave us clear, sensible advice and explained everything properly, including the expected delivery times, so we knew exactly what to expect.
The whole experience was relaxed, enjoyable and completely pressure-free. That’s quite rare these days, and it made a real difference to us. Rob clearly takes pride in what he does and is a real credit to NCF Living.
We are delighted with our choice of dining chairs and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rob to anyone visiting NCF Living at Cribbs Causeway. Excellent customer service from start to finish — thank you, Rob!

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service! Multiple attempts to contact customer service, even driving to store as no response to emails or calls! Order delayed by several weeks with no notification. When order did arrive it was missing a sofa. Contacted customer service who assured it would be with us the following day but never arrived and couldn’t get hold of anyone. Extra upset by the whole ordeal and lack of service being provided.
