I decided to phone rather than do it on-line. My intension was to get all the information of how the company worked before making a decision, The guy I spoke to was vey helpful and patient as needless to say, I had a lot of questions to ask. I also feel cofident that if I do have any further questions I can happily phone and ask.

The lady I spoke to was called Marie, she was very informative, very professional and wasn't pushy like a few companies I had spoken with. I liked everything that was mentioned in our conversation, especially the ceramic disk that would have a number on and would stay with my mum from the beginning to the end, and then returned to me with her ashes. I would highly recommend pure cremation.

Organising my funeral was an easy and not at all depressing experience thanks to your representative. The lady was very friendly and competent.

It’s never easy to plan the next steps after death but Mark Owen made the process so easy for us 💛 I had so many questions and Mark answered each one thoroughly and simply 💛 Even then I still needed time to think it over 💛 When we were finally ready, we spoke to Mark and within 25 minutes we were all sorted 💛 What a relief and we are so pleased with all that we were told 💛 This is what we both want and feel so relieved to be covered for whatever happens to us next 🫶A shout out to Mark for being so professional, courteous, human and so lovely 🥰👏👌Thank you! ♥️♥️
