The guy who did mine and my partner side by side,did a perfect job,we know what we wanted ,he didn’t try and sell us anything .Very helpful and professional,end of story .

The Customer Service person I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the range of Funeral plans available and answered all my questions clearly so I could choose the best plan for my requirements.

The staff were helpful and considerate, we said what we required she told us about the plan and we accepted the terms. A bonus was the gift voucher for signing up, very reasonable price. Thank you.

I took out a funeral plan with the coop , and he took all my details , bank details etc. I thought it was all going ahead but it wasn't. The man didnt explain that I had to phone again to start the plan . I phoned the coop but was passed around different staff and one was very rude . I have had to re submit my request and plan but this time I didnt get the members discount because it had been changed to a gift card , and this has upset me . I made a complaint but had no correspondence from them .

Good staff, but the price increased over the two weeks between initial enquiry and paying. I had to chase a response because Co-op failed to past on my enquiry in a timely manner.

How simple it was to make arrangements for my dad’s funeral. The different tiers of funeral selections was explained. Our representative Joanne Byrne who hosted the appointment was great and came across very professional and added the personal touch for me. I do like the face to face approach when sorting out delicate situations like this. Joanne was really lovely and i Intergrated well with her.

Have put this off for so long.it had to be done.a lovely young man went through all the details,answered all our questions. So easy,should have done it earlier

I had a lovely little chat with Ian to find out exactly what I wanted. He explained everything to me and what my options were. I was sorted in no time and left feeling like a weight had been lifted. Now I know when my time comes my family can say their own goodbyes without any stress.

Everything was explained thoroughly, all options were covered, all questions answered, we even had a bit of a giggle while sorting out my Dads wishes
