Chatted with them recently . . .very positive experience
I contacted them recently and had a very lovely and helpful chat but wanted to talk with my children to get their views. They were very positive, and my eldest son had already been talking about the subject with his wife. So I decided to proceed and im so happy I did. I have family members and friends who currently live overseas so there will be no need for last minute arrangements to book flights back if they wish for a suddenly arranged date for a funeral. Instead they could discuss what they would like to do with my ashes and when, ( which could be weeks, months or years later) to celebrate my life! (or not as the case may be!)
Its certainly one of my better decisions

So easy to set up
This was very easy and straightforward to set up online. I did have a quick query once I received the paperwork, and it was delt with, quickly and easily. I was offered support if needed as mum has dementia now. Very kind and professional

Good service
I have now set up four prepaid plans with Pure Cremation. All have been straightforward and the service when my mother in-law passed away earlier this year was very good. The staff are well trained and were able to answer the questions I had.
