We paid for a two man delivery as the furniture being delivered had to go to an upstairs bedroom. We made special arrangements to be here on the originally offered delivery date, and were only told on the morning of the delivery that it was not possible. Eventually, after complaining, a new delivery was offered three days later. The two delivery men who came were surly and unhelpful. Although we had paid for the items to go upstairs, they didn’t want to do it. After taking the first item upstairs, the one who spoke English, said he wasn’t sure if they could take the other piece upstairs. Having seen other much larger pieces of furniture be taken up the stairs, I knew it was a fairly simple process, and told him how to do it. They were big men and more than capable of managing the job they were contracted and paid to do, and although they did do it, they were ungracious and disgruntled. One of them also reeked of cigarette smoke. I know it’s a tough physical job, but can you at least send out people who are pleasant and prepared to do their jobs cheerfully. And it would be helpful if they had some command of English.

I received excellent communications from Proovia, right from the moment that my purchase was confirmed. Regular updates narrowed my delivery slot from a morning, to a specific hour and, finally, to precise time of day. In fact, delivery was made minutes ahead of schedule. Goods were received in excellent condition, in very good time, and the service was priced reasonably. I hadn’t heard of Proovia Couriers before, but I can certainly say this was the most exceptional courier experience I have ever had, up to now.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Proovia Couriers. From start to finish, they handled an expensive piece of equipment with exceptional care and attention, giving me complete confidence that it was in safe hands.

A special mention goes to the driver, Negrila Alexandru, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and arrived exactly on time. Despite the long journey, the equipment arrived in perfect condition without a single mark, which speaks volumes about the care taken during transport.

Great company, lovely people, and outstanding customer service throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Proovia Couriers and will absolutely be using them again in the future.
