Booked because they could deliver by a certain day. This then got pushed back 3 days after I had booked. Very poor communication. The van my item was driven in, was being driven very irresponsibly. The guys even boasted about how they have just crashed into someones house.

Two person delivery and placed where I wanted no issues would use again

I would be grateful if your deliveries are going to be 10 minutes in a narrow built up Street that the engine is switched off.
We had fuel emissions pouring into our house.
Anti social at best but in a heat wave worse. I asked the crew to turn the ignition off and they just looked through one. Deserves no stars at all.

I have no issue with family members joining drivers on delivery runs; however, basic courtesy should still apply. The driver's son made no effort to take his shoes off or even offer to, before walking through our home.
Furthermore, after missing a call from them, instead of doing the obvious and polite thing to do (walking up to the doorbell to ring or knock on the door) they drove up our driveway repeatedly honking their horn.
The attitude throughout the delivery was abrupt, rude, and completely unprofessional.
Having now read other negative reviews, this attitude seems to be a common theme, and compared to some of the reviews I have read, we escaped fairly lightly.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, and frankly doubt the validity of their higher-rated reviews.

The delivery men were very nice and took their shoes off to carry our wardrobe upstairs on the newly cleaned carpet. They were careful with the furniture and very polite.

Communication great , furniture delivered in good condition and on time. I asked if delivery date could be moved as we were away for 2 days and the change was made immediately. Very reasonable price. Would use again.

An efficient service moving a couple of pieces of furniture, for a very reasonable price.

Listed as Goodfellas on the Shiply website (not Proovia) so was somewhat disorientating, but they got the job done.
