2 delivery drivers were absolutely awful tried to ring me on my work number, couldn’t get through to me so they decided to give my wife a load of abuse at the door because they couldn’t manage to use a sat nav and find an address by themselves, shocking company don’t ever book delivery with them using people like this, confronted the drivers who tired to deny everything

Delivered when they said they would and left it in a safe place.

I purchased a large piece of furniture from eBay and found this company via Shiply. I had read poor reviews for Shiply in general but decided to take the plunge. Proovia were the first company to respond and I was pleasantly surprised by their quote. The experience only got better from there on. Excellent communication from Bruce throughout. Collection was smooth witnessed happy sellers. I was notified at each step of the furniture's journey and it arrived in tip-top condition. The driver called 25 mins in advance of arriving. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I have kept there contact details for future reference.

I had a horrible experience with my recent delivery. I booked an installation service as well but the driver didn’t bother to listen when I was saying and just left the parcel in my room where it was supposed to be installed as well.

Superb service. Delivery of three pieces of antique furniture from Scotland to south London. Excellent communication via email and the Proovia tracking system. Delivery guys were polite, pleasant and I could tell that they had great respect for the items they carried carefully into my house. I am totally delighted with your service. I have already telephoned the person in Kirkaldy who placed the courier order with you and told him how good you are. He agreed, having used your services many times before.
