Kept informed of delivery date and time - arrived exactly when expected

The system kept me up to date with the ETA and the driver called me when he had trouble finding the flat (which is very common being as it's a new build). The two men brought my heavy item right to the correct spot. Great service!

Great communication

The service is easy to book. It is prompt and it is efficient and reliable. Communication is very good and the tracking system is easy to keep tabs on. Proovia gave me a two hour window and arrived pretty much in the middle of the window. The goods arrived undamaged and in good condition. Now, you probably can squeeze a slightly better quote elsewhere, but I like that it is a two man delivery from the outset, which you often pay extra for with competitors, and it has a decent level of insurance built into most of the options. I have haggled with other companies before, but usually end up very close to the Proovia price. Whilst not always the cheapest, it is definitely a great hassle free option. Thanks for the great service once again. I can definitely recommend to others. Cheers, Michael

Firstly I planned to have this delivered on a specific date and they just didn’t deliver it … so organised another date for it to be delivered and the delivery driver was rude clapping his hands telling me to hurry up. Unfortunately for him - nobody speaks to me like that. And I do not appreciate that type of person who is so rude entering my home afterwards
If you work in customer service then you simply must have some level of being able to communicate without being incredibly rude.

If you are in a rush you can say it in a polite way.

I am disappointed. I have not opened item yet but I will be furious if it is damaged.

pickup was done quickly and at best time for person handing over item.

Delivery window was 12:21-14:21. We were notified that there would be a 2 hour delay. There was no further communication. Tracking system was useless. At one point it said expected delivery would be 15:49. Then it changed to delivery time not available. No one answered any of the phone numbers provided. Delivery finally arrived at 5pm. So we have effectively waited all afternoon with no useful communication. Shoddy service.

Reliable, efficient and friendly service. Particularly like the way we were kept informed from pickup to delivery and the item was handled with care. Excellent all round. Would recommend without reservation.

The chair is damaged with tears to the leather, I will have to contact the manufacturer
