I received a text and email the day before with time delivery would arrive. On the day I got an text to say the driver was three hours behind schedule.
The driver called 25 mins before delivery.
I received my package on the day so im happy.

1st class delivery service, timed delivery and then a call 30 minutes before arrival. Friendly delivery staff. What more can you say other fantastic service.

They were polite and respected my house, both delivery chaps were quick in the delivery and took upmost care to get the tv into the home.

Two men delivered my sky glass tv with extreme care. There were very professional polite and a good sense of humour. They unpacked the tv and set it up for me. They then removed the old tv. Really good service and kept me upto date on there time of arrival five star service.

First class service. I was kept informed of delivery right the way through. The delivery person was very friendly, professional and helpful. Very happy with delivery.

Delivered on time no problems

My mattress was scheduled for delivery on Saturday between 10:30 and 14:30. I received several messages confirming the delivery, and I travelled all the way from Edinburgh specifically to be at the property on time.

At around 12:45, I watched the AIT driver arrive outside my property, get out of the van and look around the neighbouring doors. I went downstairs and left the entrance open for him, but instead of calling me, ringing the bell or asking for assistance, he simply got back into the van and drove away.

Two minutes later, I received a message claiming that the delivery had been unsuccessful due to “incorrect data”. This made absolutely no sense, as the bed frame from the same order had been successfully delivered to the exact same address just two days earlier.

After waiting around 20 minutes to speak to customer service, I was given completely contradictory explanations. I was first told that the mattress had already been returned to the depot. When I pointed out that the driver had only just left and this was clearly not possible within that timeframe, the explanation changed: I was then told the mattress had never been loaded onto the van in the first place. When I questioned why I had received multiple messages saying my delivery was on its way, I was told this was a “technical issue”.

I requested to speak to a manager and was later contacted by Fiona. When I asked for her full name for my complaint record, she refused to provide her surname, which I found extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, she offered no meaningful explanation or solution and largely repeated what I had already been told. She assured me that a redelivery would be arranged.

Three days after the original delivery date, I still have no mattress, no confirmed redelivery date and no meaningful update from AIT.

I made a substantial journey specifically because AIT repeatedly told me to be available for this delivery. I was at the property, I personally watched the driver arrive and leave, and the address was clearly correct.

The failed delivery was frustrating enough. The contradictory explanations, lack of accountability and failure to arrange the promised redelivery have made the experience considerably worse.

Extremely disappointing service.

Absolutely appalling service .
1st they did not turn up when they should have between 7-9am. 2nd they lied, saying they had attempted a delivery at 10.30 but I wasn’t in. (CCTV showed no attempt at delivery) 3rd they said they couldn’t find the property. 4th they intimated they loaded their lorry at 2.05pm and it would be with me shortly. 5th they told me delivery would be arriving by 9pm the same day . 6th they said delivery would be made up to 9pm the same day .. it eventually turned up at 3.32pm ..

Great service package delivered early in perfect condition..could not have been better. And the lad who delivered very kindly dropped heavy package upstairs for this old pensioner, and believe me that rarely happens these days
