Brilliant, on time and could t be more helpful.

When my order arrived it wouldn’t fit through my modern standard sized doorway so it had to be unpacked outside, brought inside in separate sections and assembled indoors. The two young male couriers were kind and thoughtful and very pleasant to deal with and extremely efficient and skilled in carrying out the required task. I would recommend this company without any hesitation whatsoever.

Very professional young men but they did have trouble with the hydraulic system i felt so sorry for them it took them an hour and a half and put them behind with the rest of their deliveries please give them time to do their job so sorry boys

Delivery was great next day and the delivery men were really friendly and helpful. They removed my old mattress no problem. Mattress is very comfy too

Communication was good. Product arrived on the day specified and within the time frame given. Also received a 30 minute alert phone call so knew when to expect. The very heavy boxes were left where I wanted them and no problems expeienced at all. Great.

i had two items coming from the same seller on the same day, unfortunately they used AIT for heavy items whereas normally they use DPD who are always excellent. I was informed both items were on their way, when the van arrived only the one item was off loaded, when the driver was questioned, he said "oh we saw your item but it will come out on the next delivery"
The £ 515 item did not turn up and after chasing AIT with 3 phone calls and 4 emails each time answered with , we'll investigate it, nothing materialised. Sounds like their staff pick or choose their deliveries. This is not the first time that we have had bad service from them. One star is too many. Normally we never complain but fair play , AIT , YOU are rubbish!!!!!!

Absolutely useless. 2 drivers were so rude Put the phone down on us wouldn’t take our calls for almost 2 hours refused to drop the item where it should have gone. Left it at an unmanned security gate and surprise surprise it went missing. If I could give 0 I would

Great delivery services. Both delivered on time one actually early which was great for me. Followed delivery instructions and were very pleasant
