Great delivery service, kind staff and very good condition of the packaging.

I paid AIT £35 upfront for their TV Plug+Play service, unpacking, set-up, and packaging removal. Their driver arrived an hour before the confirmed window, refused to unpack the TV because of his own parking fears, and told me a parking ticket would be my responsibility.

When challenged AIT's customer service told us they "do not offer this service" and to speak to Samsung. This directly contradicts AIT's own published policy, which states unpacking and removal of packaging is standard. They took my money, refused the service, and then denied it existed. I am now left with a boxed TV I cannot physically lift due to my disabilities.

They have ignored their own 2-hour delivery policy, ignored their own Plug+Play policy, and are now ignoring my complaint. Do not use this company if you expect them to honour what you pay for.

utterly incompetent, irresponsible, unresponsive, faulty installation of washing machine that flooded the kitchen, several attempts to arrange another visit and every single time they failed to find the problem let alone addressing it. disastrous experience I filed a formal complaint.

Really impressed with the two AIT Home Delivery guys who delivered our fridge. It was a very difficult delivery because the fridge was huge and access into the house was tight, but they were patient and genuinely did everything they could to help.

They spent a good amount of time with us, helped while we removed the front door and gave really useful advice on how to get the fridge through the final doorway safely.

They could easily have just said it wouldn’t fit and left, but instead they kept trying to find a solution. Really appreciated their effort and professionalism. Excellent service.

I ordered a mattress which two guys delivered. Besides online updates they phoned an hour before arriving and because I didn’t answer they sent a text. Then I received a further phone call just before they arrived. They were friendly and professional.
The only downside was we had to unwrap the mattress which had three layers of plastic as they are not allowed to do this apparently. This was quite hard to do as the mattress is really heavy.

But all in all a good experience

From 5 to 1 due to delivery men actions

1. I was told by AIT that the old unit would be removed (not disposed of) ie just helping me put it outside. It was right by the exit, no door removal needed. Then the delivery men said no. Samsung confirmed it was not an option.
2. I was told by Samsung and AIT if I did not want the installation I just had to say no and let Samsung know. I did that and Samsung told me I was wrong as AIT informed them the installation had gone ahead.
3. I showed Samsung a photo indicating I did not appreciate AIT employees (the delivery men) committing fraud. Eventually a refund was issued but no apology from either Samsung or AIT.

USE either with CAUTION.

We were able to accurately track the delivery.
Also the driver kindly phoned us in advance so we were prepared for the delivery

It was quite hard work communicating with AIT initially with multiple emails and no response. But glad of the end result and great service.

Drivers excellent and bang on time!

Very disappointed that the delivery drivers would not take the boxes for the bunk bed upstairs to the bedroom. They were left in the hallway which caused a hazard and meant that we had to unpack the heavy boxes ourselves before shifting the wood upstairs. I would have expected this to be part of the delivery cost.
