I needed my clutch changed, so I phoned round various garages and emailed others. Mr Clutch gave the lowest quote, so even though they are in the next town to me I was interested. They suggested I visit for a free inspection just to make sure I did need the work. They booked me in and did the work today. They estimated the car would be done by 13.00, and it was. I got a two year guarantee with free checks at 500 and 2000 miles.
Very efficient service and work done to a high standard.

Mr Clutch Maidenhead, Avoid this garage. Terrible service and communication.Left my car here for days with an overheating issue, only to be told I had to source and buy the trade parts from Fiat myself because they couldn't get through on the phone. After days of zero progress, I took my car to another local garage who fixed it perfectly in just 3 hours. Utterly unprofessional to expect customers to do a mechanic's logistics work. Spare yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

I have found the Hemel Hempstead branch of Mr Clutch to be totally trustworthy and very reasonably priced for many years and go back again and again. I had booked my car in with a suspected electrical fault this morning, not realising that my wife needed the car by 11am for a medical appointment. They looked at it straight away, after some time found and rectified the fault and the bill came to less than £25. I was able to get home in plenty of time to hand the car over. I'm almost hesitant at telling people what I think about Mr Clutch in Hemel Hempstead in case they become so popular I can't get an appointment, but they deserve credit for a consistently fantastic service.
