We bought a sofa and a TV unit yesterday from the Brentford store, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the right furniture without making us feel rushed. Their advice and excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. We are very grateful for all their help and are looking forward to receiving our furniture. From start to finish my experience was first class. We visited the store a few days before purchase and the young man was very good, think he was called Dallios but not certain. On the day of purchase Sophie was really professional and most helpful and friendly in every way. Very clean store. Explained what I was looking for and was directed to bed section. Within minutes the order had been sorted and financial bit done. Very efficient staff and very helpful.
