I had a lovely experience with Laila who helped me order my first sofa for my first home, she was very friendly and helpful would highly recommend!

DfS teeside park , the sales team are very helpful ,friendly and welcoming. We had Warren who was very helpful with choosing the right sofa for our needs. We are very happy with our choice of sofa on the day. We would highly recommend DFS teeside park fantastic customer service.

Great store staff, Nicola was very helpful and knowledgable. Made the decision and purchase very easy.

Staff were friendly and explained everything in detail.

Easy to order.

The only drawback is that you dont know straight away if your credit line has been accepted or not.

So although my order has been accepted I am unclear if my method of payment has.

This is the reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars

We were greeted with a lovely welcoming smile and “Toni” ( I think this was her name ) was very friendly , knowledgeable and her customer service skills was excellent, she really went out of her way to help us! Another lady came to confirm the details and customer service was also excellent! This was a very pleasant experience in which I would most certainly return to DFS in the future and also recommend DFS to my friends and family!

I came here with my mum to find me a sofa bed which had to fit some pretty specific requirements.

I believe the member of staff who helped us out was Darren, and he was an absolute delight. He was kind, patient and genuinely wanted to help us find the best sofa bed that fit our rather strict requirements. He took us around numerous models all around the store and once we had finally landed on what sofa bed we wanted, helped us find an ottoman too.

The other member of staff called Liza/Lisa (unsure of spelling sorry!) who talked us through payment options, how to care for the sofa bed, informed us about the email updates, etc was also incredibly kind, patient and polite.

Overall, me and my mum had a wonderful customer experience. Thank you so much to everyone who helped us out!
