We were looked after by Freddie and Brad who were both amazing and really went the extra mile to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting when buying an ex customer sofa (along with our other sofas!)
We find service has really gone down hill massively in the retail sector and both of these guys were exceptional and went above and beyond our expectations

We met Brad at your Ashford store…
We met Brad at your Ashford store today. He was very friendly, he offered us coffee (which we didn’t accept) and he was very attentive and helpful today. He understood that we needed time to have a look at your range of sofas and he provided us with a lot information. We brought 2 sofas today and are very happy with our choice. Thank you.
