Excellent customer service especially Holly and Sahil at the Banbury store. Holly has put up with me coming in multiple times and sitting on every sofa in store, not making a decision each time. 1 year on and I finally have ordered the one I want!
Sahil explained everything thoroughly and helped with the final decision.

Enjoyable time shopping for our lounge suite in DFS. Cheryl made wonderful suggestions and spent time explaining different things and making sure we were happy with our purchase.

It was nice to be left to browse at our leisure and try out the sofas, a sales person made themselves available and politely asked if we needed any assistance and told us if there was anything we needed, just ask. There was no 'hard sell' approach, which we appreciated and continued to browse. We chose some sofas and asked 'Holly', the salesperson if we could place an order. Holly was very personable yet professional, and guided us through the sale with ease. Up until now, great service, I hope the production and delivery follow suit.

The staff, Cheryl, was friendly and kind, and yet remained professional all through the interaction. She took her time to explain and clarified and brilliantly answered all my questions. She presented with a bright smile and positive energy and even offered a cup of drink in such that I didn't feel I was wasting my time.

We went to DFS with an idea of a settee in mind and after meeting Hollie, she was exceptional at helping us with our requirements and even showed us a "roller" settee that we didn't know existed. I would highly recommend Hollie as she was full of knowledge and spent time to understand our requirements right through to the purchase. All very stress free and we felt very happy afterwards. Thanks again Hollie, you were great!

Exceptional service from Paul at Banbury DFS

We don’t normally look forward to sofa shopping because we dread the slimy, pushy salesperson, pouncing on you as soon as you enter the store. Luckily this wasn’t the case at DFS. We were given time to walk around and look, we knew we were looking for a sofa bed and really wanted someone to just point out the styles that came in a sofa bed. We found a sales advisor who was perfect, she showed us all the different styles available and was extremely knowledgeable, making it as easy as possible to choose the right product for us. We came away probably having our best visit to DFS yet.

your staff (Cheryl was the one who closed the transaction for us) could not have been more helpful and informative from the first minute we entered the shop, without being too attentive which can seem like being pushy. They were not.
Cheryl and the male member of staff answered our numerous questions with patience and a genuine care to make sure we had what we needed, including coffee!
