Member of staff was informative and patient. Clear with answers. Felt confident i was being given the best deal and ordering was easy.

I attended DFS Banbury and purchased a beautiful recliner. Blake a DFS salesman was so helpful, explained everything to me, options, insurance, cleaning. Super helpful and approachable. Hopefully sofa will be sooner rather than later. Great staff, customer service.

We always use DFS when we need a sofa, our previous sofas lasted 12 years and still in good condition, but we have changed our decor. We have always been happy with the service and quality hopefully the sofa we have just ordered won’t disappoint. Blake was fabulous 👍

I called DFS about a sofa I was interested in but had a series of questions. I spoke to Stuart who was very helpful and answered all my questions politely and with patience. I was very impressed with the customer service. I rang back a few days later and bought the sofa.

Very happy with the service we received from Paul, who helped us choose our sofas and chair. He made helpful suggestions which we took on board without being pushy and was friendly and chatty throughout. He also gave us the option of changing the order once we got home so that we could check that everything fitted. This turned out to be very usueful as 1 of the sofas was too big for the space available and we were able to change this to a smaller version.

The very helpful Salesman Blake, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the foitstool I bought. Thank you.

Helpful & friendly sales assistant called Cheryl. She was not pushy, but there to guide us when needed.
She showed us the leather recliners & then left us to discuss amongst ourselves, returning when required.

What a fabulous experience with Paul buying my sofa today. He explained everything to me in a way i understood. Thank you Paul for making it an easy and comfortable purchase.
