Two very nice sales men who between them answered all the questions I had about the products I was interested in.
I've been in and put of the store for approx 12 months trying to decide upon the right sofas for me.
Their approach was pleasant without being pushy. This would have it me right off.
The environment of the store was clean and tidy , which made the experience relaxing and made me want to stay and try the products without being pressured.
