The team from Breeze House arrived on time and were extremely polite and friendly. The set about putting the house together very quickly and then explained the after care very well before handing over the owners pack and leaving. I am delighted with our Breeze House.

Absolutely love our little garden building beautiful thatched roof, fantastic quality interior looks stunning led lights and heater for the colder months. I chose to have the lighter interior on the roof which really elevates it with the lights. From beginning to ordering to date of fitting this company is so professional. The fitters were exceptional so polite and helpful constructed within a couple of hours and went through everything every detail with us. Highly recommend . Thanks we love our little slice of paradise in our garden.

From our first contact to completion (we had a roof replacement with new thatch), customer service was excellent. The two guys who attended our Breeze House to do the fitting were very friendly, helpful and professional. The staff I dealt with in the office were excellent also, I cannot fault the service or quality or products in any way. I would recommend Breeze House to anyone

From the start to completion the Breezehouse people have been excellent. We cannot find fault with either product or customer service.
We saw the garden building at the Chelsea flower show where we sat in the Mara and realised how comfortable and well appointed for family and friends sharing drinks &food. Jeff the salesman was not pushy but very helpful and patient of our endless questions. The installation guys arrived on time were very polite and super mindful of protecting our existing planting. Thank you Sam&Alex you are a professional and efficient team.

Bit of an impulse purchase after seeing one at a garden centre. Product is amazing, good construction and way better than others on the market. The chaps who came to install it were amazing, 33°C, baking sun and they just kept going. They refused to leave until the job was done. Proper heroes! Office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and called the following day to check how the installation had gone. I would have given 5 stars if there hadn’t been the slight issue of being told we had finance secured only to discover they had split with their finance company and no longer offered it, which lead to a last minute scramble to find a way to pay in a reduced time scale.

An amazing product and very professional, friendly and helpful staff. We bought a Mara Breeze House after seeing it at the Grand Design Show at the Excel in London. We immediately fell in love with it and the staff member at the show was great. We arranged to have it delivered the day after we returned from holiday and the installation team, Aaron and Keith arrived promptly at 07.45. It was a very hot day but they wasted no time in erecting our wonderful mini house. It’s beautiful quality and we love having lunch, drinks and dinner in our little oasis. We have sent photos of it to all our friends all over the country and everyone has been impressed. You will never regret buying a Breeze House.

Fantastic experience from start to finish

Staff at HQ extremely helpful, also at Millets Farm showroom, then the fitters as well, very very highly recommended indeed.

Right from the sales process, Breeze House made the whole experience very easy. Yesterday a top quality product was built in our garden by a superb team. They arrived on time and built the breeze house in 3 hours with no fuss or any issues.

We have just had a savannah breeze house installed and could not be more pleased with it. How nice and refreshing to deal with a company that delivers what they say they will. Installed within 2 hours of arrival, amazing how efficient Aaron and Sam are at their job. Many thanks again. Andy & Stef.

This was a very impulsive purchase after a visit to the ideal home show and falling in love with the Breeze House. The sales process was extremely no pressure and pleasurable at all stages.
Communication has been excellent throughout. The installation team of Gus and Sam was second to none. They were polite, professional and efficient. Explaining all functions to as along the way with a final handover at the end. We are delighted.

Nothing was too much trouble from our initial enquiry to eventual delivery of our Savannah Breeze House. We experienced first class customer service from David and Joy at Paradise Park, from Amber at HQ, and especially from Mark and Darren who installed our Breeze House and who, despite the unseasonal weather, smiled throughout - very impressive considering they left Leek at 3.30am to drive to the South Coast!
The follow up call from Amber was a nice touch and shows that the company places the customer at the forefront of their operations.
All our interactions with the staff were positive and they are a credit to the company.
We look forward to making happy memories in our Breeze House.

We first discovered Breeze House at the Ideal Home Exhibition, where we met the salesperson who took the time to answer all our questions. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, never making us feel pressured and helping us choose the right option for our garden.
