We chose our Claire cabin with the assistance of very friendly and helpful staff at their showroom at Whisby Garden Centre.
The best display of cabins that we've seen!
The cabin came earlier than expected and was installed by a great team. They were so tidy and respectful of our property throughout.
The quality of the material is first class, and we added composite decking to finish off the look.
We then had our cabin painted by their decorator. She too was very friendly, as are all their staff, and it's finished off our summerhouse beautifully.
From start to finish the communication has been excellent. Always responding to emails and calls and kept us up to date with deliveries etc.
The summerhouse has transformed our garden and we've had so many compliments from everyone who sees it.

Our entire experience with Summerhouses Unlimited has been excellent. On our initial visit to their display site they had a very good range of summerhouses to choose from and after discussing various options we decided to purchase an Alex log cabin. We have had dealings with all staff members throughout and have found them unfailingly polite and knowledgeable and they helped us to make all the right decisions for example, we initially had not intended to have our cabin insulated but having taken their advice about getting the best use out of our purchase we decided to have it insulated so that we could use it all year round should we wish. Whenever we had a query one of them would get back to us straight away with the information we needed. We were advised that there was an 8 week lead time but in fact the cabin was delivered in 6. All the items were delivered on the appointed day and the fitters Grieg and Josh came the next day as promised. Again, they displayed the company’s philosophy of providing excellent customer service, being unfailingly polite and hard working and the cabin was erected in a day and a half to our satisfaction. We are thrilled with our new Alex cabin. Summerhouses Unlimited are a small family run business and Kim and her team have been a joy to work with throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy a summerhouse.

Me and Pickle ( my fur baby) never write reviews, but Summerhouses Unlimited have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Kym and Neville are always at the end of the phone or quick to email a response. Their staff are such a lovely bunch of people, especially Gav and Greg and explain everything. So it's our pleasure to leave a 5 star review as the company thoughly deserve it!!!!!

Summer Houses Unlimited at Whisby are quite simply amazing. It look me around a year of looking at various company's comparing prices, quality, standards and support from the actual sales staff and in the end Whisby came out on top. Rhianna and Kim were so helpful from the beginning right through to the end .
They both talked me through all the stages I would go through and everything just fell into place perfectly. The Summer House itself is sensational Its everything that both the girls said it would be and the brochure to. the delivery of the structure came in instalments with minimal disturbance to my neighbours we live down a narrow lane so it was a cause for concern for me but it was all done within a blink of an eye. The build .... now the chaps that did the build were only working on the hottest day of the year so far so I really felt for them. they were very respectful of my garden [which is my pride and joy]. They worked tirelessly throughout the day . I just cannot praise them enough.
The summer house itself is just amazing. I would strongly recommend this company time and time again. Thank you so very much Rhianna and Kim

My experience with this company was very positive. The display site is well set out with a good range of cabins. The staff are very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. The ordering and delivery of the cabin went without any issues. I was kept up-to-date regularly throughout the process. The cabin was delivered to time on the date specified and was erected on the same day. The fitters were efficient and very pleasant. Painting was done a few days later, again to time and, again, the painter was very pleasant. I am thrilled with my Oban Cabin and can certainly recommend the quality of the materials used.

I went to the garden centre for pond plants, but saw the Summerhouses Unlimited site and as I had been thinking about a summerhouse went in for a look. I was instantly impressed by the look of the cabins, and also by the friendly staff member, Rhianne. I took a brochure and decided to go for it. The ordering process was very smooth, all alternatives were pointed out and it was easy to make decisions on what we wanted. We were kept informed at every stage so we knew exactly where we were with everything. Delivery was perfectly on time. Installation was amazing, the team were lovely and worked so hard and the cabin was up and finished in a day and a half. I am so pleased I chose the Alex cabin, the quality is fantastic and the style looks perfect in our garden. I can't wait for the painting service and we can then move in! This is a first class company, I cannot recommend them enough.

From not really knowing exactly what I wanted at the start, to now having a fully finished garden office that I’m genuinely proud of, Nev & Kim have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.

From the very first conversation they took the time to talk me through all the options, helping turn a rough idea into a clear plan. Their experience really showed, as they were able to guide me on everything from layout and design through to the small details that make a big difference once it’s finished.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was always kept updated on what was happening and when, and they were always happy to answer questions or talk through ideas. It made the whole process really straightforward and stress-free.

The quality of the build is outstanding. The office itself is exactly what I had imagined when I first started thinking about having a space to work from home, but even better in reality. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and finish of the building are brilliant, and you can tell they take real pride in their work.

What started as a simple idea of “a cabin in the garden” has turned into a proper workspace that I’ll be using every day. It’s comfortable, solidly built, and fits perfectly into the garden.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend Nev & Kim enough. If anyone is thinking about building a garden office or cabin, they are the people to speak to.

I've recently had the 'Oban' summerhouse installed. This choice was a culmination of my own research and consultation with the team at Summerhouses Unlimited.

On looking back, I recall how daunting the prospect of replacing my tired looking building was, but that feeling soon disappeared, once the pre-requisite site inspection had been completed and my building choice was confirmed. The brochures were handy but actually seeing an example of a similar building on site was very useful.

As part of a list of options, I chose to have the base and summerhouse built for me, something I'd recommend to other prospective buyers. No stress!

I was advised about the chances of the base being ready to lay some time prior to the cabin being ready. This gave me the incentive to get everything prepared in good time, which was advisable, as the call came to arrange the base laying at least a month prior to cabin construction. At every step of this project, I was advised about material deliveries, order lead times and the build preparation requirements.

The total time on site for base and cabin construction was three days. The build team always arrived on time or just before, remaining professional and courteous throughout the build, even when the weather was totally against them. In addition, the office team were informative and easy to speak to when arranging the schedule. So many great team members offering fantastic customer service, an ethos not lost on me.

As for the Oban Summerhouse? It's absolutely fantastic and a very substantial structure, oozing quality. Please don't waste your money on colourful sheds. This is the real deal and worth the investment for future garden bliss.

We purchased a Edinburgh 140 summer house from this company and I have to say they provided an excellent service from ordering to completion and we love it!.

Summerhouses Unlimited built and installed a bespoke cabin for us, bringing to reality the design we had imagined. The quality of materials and construction is great! The process was smooth and communication 5*. Unfavourable weather conditions were handled well by the team and we always felt like a priority.
I'm delighted to be writing this review from my new garden office!

Had fitted a liverpool 3 in January. All correspondence and contact from being to end was exceptional.
When we originally visited the site at whisby we were very pleased with the service we got.
The knowledge and professionalism of the staff was excellent.
Once we ordered the summerhouse the communication of delivery and building times were very clear and they made sure everything suited us.
At the time of the actual build the 4 gentlemen that did it were prompt and very polite. They arrived in snow and freezing weather they worked so hard and completed the build in 4 days to a very high standard. Absolutely perfect.
Highly recommend and we will be using them again very soon to build another for my in-laws.

We came across Summerhouses Unlimited display site by chance when visiting the garden centre next door last summer, and we are so glad we did. We had been considering a summer house and having looked at other options, the quality of the cabins supplied by Summerhouses Unlimited is far superior to anything else we had seen and so we returned to place the order for our cabin in November 2025. The onsite staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the delivery and build process, and clearly explaining the properties of the cabin as a natural product. Before the order was confirmed, Neville came to do a site visit to check access for deliveries and also to our garden. Thankfully, all was OK.
Once the order was confirmed, we were kept informed every step of the way regarding delivery of materials, installation, etc. When there was an issue with the delivery of the decking (the wrong colour for the edging was delivered by the manufacturer), this was swiftly resolved. The cabin (Barbados 3) on its timber frame base was expertly installed by Gavin and his team in 4 days, who had to endure 2 days of VERY wet weather which turned our garden into a mud bath, which wasn't a problem as the cabin installation is the first phase of a whole garden makeover. Gavin and his team took great care to keep the mud out of the cabin and were very respectful of our property.
Once the cabin was complete, Gavin did a thorough handover process. We made use of the painting service and Kirsty did an excellent job. The completed cabin looks amazing.
