Excellent experience, faultless service provided by a really great group of people

We visited Simon at the Blue Diamond east midlands show centre just a few weeks ago now.
He was extremely helpful with the abundance of questions I kept firing his way, nothing was too much trouble.
The next morning we received our quotation as it was 3pm on a Sunday afternoon when we visited.
We then returned and confirmed a few more details & confirmed the order of our Mara Breeze house.
We had been estimated an install date of late May to Mid June originally which was fine as I needed to get the base prepared in good time.
2 days later, I received a phone call from Georgie @ Breeze house asking if the 12th May was convenient, I promptly confirmed this date with her.
I am extremely excited to say that yesterday, the 12th May, they arrived promptly at 7.45am & proceeded to install our new Mara Breeze House with such care and perfection, I was abit taken back of just how polite & accommodating the guys carrying out the install really were as I was still asking plenty of questions at the same time as letting them get on with their job.
I'm a joiner by trade and it was nice to see someone else making the same care & attention to detail as i pride myself on.
Thank you so much to everyone from the Breeze House company, from ordering right through to completion, your service has been exemplary & we absolutely love our new Mara Breeze House.

I recently had a really good experience with Breeze House. From the start, everything felt well organized and easy to understand, which made the whole process smooth. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered without delay. The quality and attention to detail really stood out, and it felt like they genuinely care about what they deliver. Overall, a reliable and professional service that I’d happily recommend.

We’ve had breakfast, lunch and tea in our Oasis Breeze House ever since we got it 5 days ago. We’ve even sat in it whilst it was pouring outside and with the heater on we’re warm as toast inside. What a great product, obviously built to last. Also excellent service from the whole team from Kathy at the NEC to the factory tour and making final choices from a fantastic range of options to the very professional and friendly installation team who turned up at 8am prompt and installed in less than 3 hours. If you’re tempted to get a bit of outside luxury it’s an easy no brainer. Well worth the money.

We purchased our second Breeze House in August following our house move. It was delivered and erected as per our requirements. They attended very quickly to replace a few screws that had snapped, due to a manufacturing error I believe. I cannot fault the product, the service or the value, and highly recommend this company.

From the moment of ordering to the final installation the service has been exceptional polite precise the product itself is of the highest quality absolutely brilliant never any issues never any concerns thank you all. Kindest regards.

Beautiful top quality product. Immaculate service from the start. We are really pleased with everything.

This is the second time we have had our Savannah Breeze House re-thatched, and once again the service has been outstanding.

The office team provided excellent communication throughout and were both professional and understanding of my personal circumstances. They were also very accommodating when it came to a few tweaks during the installation of the new roof canopy.

Alex and Rob arrived promptly and kindly helped me move the furniture before starting work. They worked efficiently and with real expertise, clearly a great team.

Alex was one of the most polite tradespeople I have dealt with and showed a genuine passion for both his craft and the company — a real asset. Rob was equally polite and professional, and it was a pleasure to make cups of tea for them both.

I would have no hesitation in recommending a re-thatch. They also left everything clean and tidy, clearly taking pride in their work.

The replacement of the approx. 15 yr old roof and lining was a transformation. The breeze house is the best thing I ever bought. Thank you my daughter said it looked like new.

From placing the initial order to completions of installation the Breeze House staff have kept in regular contact to ensure all was in order.
The installation team were excellent and the Savannah unit complete on time and is outstanding.

Ordered a Mara Breeze House in September from Paradise Park in Newhaven. Unable to get installed at the time due to builder difficulties at my end. Received excellent communication from head office.

On the day of installation the two “young men” were polite, professional and informative. They were happy to tweak the direction of the entrance to the Breeze House which is of a high quality. They left the site spotless. Instructions were given re future upgrades and maintenance of the structure.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Can definitely recommend to others without and hesitation.

From point of purchase, through to installation, it literally has been a breeze purchasing our Breeze House!

Both fitters, Gus & Sam could not have been tidier and more efficient and were most courteous and polite.
