Absolutely fantastic, arrived on time , very organised, worked continuously to a high standard exsplaing anything I wanted to know, the finished breezehouse is so lovely I couldn't have asked for more

This was a very impulsive purchase after a visit to the ideal home show and falling in love with the Breeze House. The sales process was extremely no pressure and pleasurable at all stages.
Communication has been excellent throughout. The installation team of Gus and Sam was second to none. They were polite, professional and efficient. Explaining all functions to as along the way with a final handover at the end. We are delighted.

Nothing was too much trouble from our initial enquiry to eventual delivery of our Savannah Breeze House. We experienced first class customer service from David and Joy at Paradise Park, from Amber at HQ, and especially from Mark and Darren who installed our Breeze House and who, despite the unseasonal weather, smiled throughout - very impressive considering they left Leek at 3.30am to drive to the South Coast!
The follow up call from Amber was a nice touch and shows that the company places the customer at the forefront of their operations.
All our interactions with the staff were positive and they are a credit to the company.
We look forward to making happy memories in our Breeze House.

We are absolutely delighted with our new Savannah Breeze House and the whole experience from start to finish has been outstanding.
We first discovered Breeze House at the Ideal Home Exhibition, where we met the salesperson who took the time to answer all our questions. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, never making us feel pressured and helping us choose the right option for our garden.
Once we placed our order, the follow-up from the Breeze House team was excellent. Communication was prompt, clear and efficient throughout, keeping us informed at every stage and making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The installation team were equally impressive. They arrived on time, were friendly, polite and highly professional, and clearly took great pride in their work. The installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, leaving everything tidy and ensuring we were completely happy with the finished result.
The Savannah Breeze House has exceeded our expectations and has already become a fantastic addition to our garden. We would not hesitate to recommend Breeze House to anyone considering one of their products. A truly first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to installation.

From the relaxed sale, through the customer service teams helping with questions and changes we wanted and right through to the friendly, helpful installation team, Breeze House have been a pleasure to deal with. The “hut” we now have in our garden is perfect for summer evenings and alfresco breakfasts.

Thank you to the amazing Breeze House teams, the administration team- Amber, Sarah and Georgia answered all our questions and the construction chaps Gus and Keith who did a sterling job erecting our Savannah Breeze House in a few hours. I highly recommend this professional and friendly company and we now have a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy for many years to come.

We first saw a Breeze house with Cathy at the Chelsea flowers show and ordered ours in Early April. From day one the customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We were given a building date confirmation within 24 hours and scheduled for about 5 weeks ahead. We visited their main show site in Leek to see all the options available and chose the Mara. We would definitely recommend this as we were originally thinking of ordering the Oasis. A couple of days later we changed our minds over the cushion colour and again they were so helpful and happy to assist. The build day took only 3 hours and Aaron & Sam were brilliant with helping us choose the best position and giving tips and advice. The house looks amazing and is made of such high quality, with precise details and a professional finish. We got a follow up call the next day from Amber to check we were happy with everything. We cannot recommend them enough and although it is a big expense we hope to use it for many years ahead and it can be dismantled too if you move house.

the sales team are excellent, Amber is amazing in keeping the process moving and the two guys that installed our Breeze house were professional, knowledgeable, very passionate about the product.

The product is genuinely the best on the market. We did a lot of shopping around and nothing came close. Every bit of detail has been taken into account. Which helps make use of every bit of space.
THE QUALITY
The quality of the finish is outstanding, a solid structure that look fantastic and will impress everyone.

Thanks to the team at Breeze House we have completed a total transformation of our building. Amber in sales knew the product inside out and with the technical team she guided us through a complex re-roofing. The guys who came to our home were fantastic, professional and dedicated. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with this excellent company and know we can properly enjoy their quality products.

From the first contact at the BBC show to the installation every contact with Breeze has been 1st class.
We went to the BBC Garden show just for a day out with no plans to spend any money. That was until we saw the Breeze display and spoke to Kathy. We have now had our Breeze House 2 months and we spend more waking hours in it than our house. It is an really great purchase and every contact with Breeze has been excellent.

What an exceptional experience. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was first class, so personable and polite and really easy to work with. The house itself is everything we wanted and more. I can’t take my eyes off it. We absolutely love it and I don’t think I’ll ever go out again!!

Our customer journey has been flawless from start to finish. The range of specifications meant that we could completely customise the hut to our preferences, and pricing for this was completely transparent. Our hut is an excellent construction and the design is very good. It’s just so lovely that it is wood throughout, with no ugly visible metal components - the hut blends beautifully into our garden. The installation guys were excellent, very professional with a high focus on customer care. They really made a point of ensuring that we were happy with the hut once it was installed, and provided plenty of information on aftercare. I would 100% recommend a Breeze Hut to anyone who is thinking about a garden structure.

We visited Simon at the Blue Diamond east midlands show centre just a few weeks ago now.
He was extremely helpful with the abundance of questions I kept firing his way, nothing was too much trouble.
The next morning we received our quotation as it was 3pm on a Sunday afternoon when we visited.
We then returned and confirmed a few more details & confirmed the order of our Mara Breeze house.
We had been estimated an install date of late May to Mid June originally which was fine as I needed to get the base prepared in good time.
2 days later, I received a phone call from Georgie @ Breeze house asking if the 12th May was convenient, I promptly confirmed this date with her.
I am extremely excited to say that yesterday, the 12th May, they arrived promptly at 7.45am & proceeded to install our new Mara Breeze House with such care and perfection, I was abit taken back of just how polite & accommodating the guys carrying out the install really were as I was still asking plenty of questions at the same time as letting them get on with their job.
I'm a joiner by trade and it was nice to see someone else making the same care & attention to detail as i pride myself on.
