Decided we needed a new bed mattress so went to our local M6 Bed Warehouse, Northwich. Very warmly greeted by Reece, Louis & Michelle. I had a mattress in mind but with so much choice found it difficult. Those staff couldn't have been more helpful & let me lie on a good number of them to get a feel of what may be right for me. Not pushy at all, but there when i needed them to answer my questions. They will assist you within your budget & give helpful advice. So ordered the best within my budget. Michelle rang to advise of delivery time & 2 smashing lads, Dan & Tom delivered my brand new mattress & took away the packaging & my old mattress. They delivered with such care. A most pleasurable experience from start to finish. A very customer focused company, delighted. My thanks to you all.

We only went down expecting to buy a mattress but Brandon was so brilliant that we ended up buying a whole bed (Order Number: 88431), which we are exceptionally happy with. He knew everything about what I wanted and I didn’t feel pressured into having to buy anything. It was such a pleasurable experience.

We are now awaiting the arrival of our brand-new bed with our old one being taken away, which is again is fantastic! Well done Brandon and M6 Bed Warehouse🏆.It’s a shame you don’t sell sofas!

On entering the M6 Bed Warehouse in Winnington, my husband and myself were met by a lovely sales lady. She offered us lots of advice as we were unsure of the type of bed and mattress best suited to our needs.
She was never “pushy” but genuinely helpful, leaving us to discuss our options yet remaining nearby to give any further help.
I believe her name was Michelle and we would not hesitate to recommend both the store and the helpful staff there.
We feel happy with our final choice of bed and went ahead with a purchase ( ORDER NUMBER 88482)

First time I have been to the warehouse which was really well layed out.

First class service from start to finish. Staff were very friendly and helpful.We were promised delivery between two and four weeks, it came in just two. We were contacted to arrange a date, we got a call the day before and delivery was spot on. Bed was taken upstairs and assembled in no time. Excellent service I would highly recommend this company.

So glad we found this place. From walking through the door to the mattress going on the bed it was 1st class. We'd been to other big name bed shops and come away needing to lie down in a darkened room (without a mattress), it was so difficult to assess what we needed. Michelle made it so easy, giving straightforward information when needed and leaving us to look and try in peace. We got a great deal and spent far less time and money than we expected. The delivery guys were really efficient, on time, put the mattress on the bed and took away the old one, all free of charge. Thoroughly recommend M6 beds Northwich.

I knew the kind of good quality mattress I wanted and Brandon was extremely helpful in my purchase. As M6 Beds in Northwich are holding my mattress until 20/5 I have had to phone them a few times since and the colleagues have always responded in a most helpful and friendly manner. I still need to order a new divan but will definitely return to M6 Beds

Excellent customer service from the delivery team today. They were friendly and courteous, put the beds together quickly and left with all the packaging. They used shoe covers without being asked and were very careful around furniture/walls etc. We didn’t have to lift a finger! Couldn’t fault them.

Fully informed sales staff who worked through my options to reach a conclusion. Prompt fulfillment of order and expert delivery at the agreed date and time.

Lovely relaxing store with no pressure from the staff. Brandon very helpful making suggestions to things we hadn't thought of which made our purchase easier. Would recommend a visit to anyone thinking of buying a new bed or a new mattress.

Superb customer service from us entering the shop and being greeted by Sarah, who helped us find the right mattress, she is very knowledgable. We were kept informed of when our delivery would be and how to help Paul and Tom, the 2 delivery guys out. They were fantastic as well, and also full of knowledge. We visited the Alsager warehouse and the lady who showed us around was so helpful. She was kind and friendly to us as my husband is disabled so it's always a bit difficult ! We'll she made it a whole heap easier and can't thanks her enough.
The mattress was delivered today as arranged . The 2 delivery men were friendly and got the old mattress out new one in and no bother. All done in no time. I'd recommend this store to anybody and thanks so much .

Brandon explained all about the bed and mattress before our purchase and how long it would take to be delivered. They delivered well before that date having first phoned us to ask what day would be best for us. The delivery guy’s Paul and ??? We’re on time and very courteous and had the bed installed and the old bed removed in no time at all. Fantastic service and would highly recommend M6 Beds.

Received a friendly welcome but allowed to browse at leisure. Excellent advice when we asked about various styles and functions. Reece and his colleagues couldn’t have been more helpful. Total transparency re costs and we added an installation and take away service to our order. Now looking forward to the arrival of our new king size bed.
