Needed a smaller bed than the one insitu. The sales person really knew her products and althDough it was rather more money than i had anticipated we went ahead . Delivery in September as requested .

Ordered online, full range of beds, price range, size, firmness rating etc.
Ordered , received confirmation, information on delivery , dates and time all covered. Overall no problem

The sales assistant Natalia was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us to choose the best bed to suit both our needs.

Nigel was great. I know very little about beds- just if they are comfortable or not. He explained about the features of the mattress so that knew what I was paying for. There were several things that I wanted and he told me that they were already incorporated within the mattress structure so he ensured that I got the best without purchasing anything not needed. He also explained the financial offerings including interest free repayments. I elected to pay cash as I don’t like credit if I can avoid it. Anyway this is the 2nd time that I have used Bensons in the last 10 months. I was kept updated as to the progress of my order.
I will use them again if I need to.

My experience was great from beginning to end, they called before arriving and the delivery drivers were friendly and professional. The bed and mattress are of good quality and are comfortable. I’d highly recommend.

I liked that Bensons beds kept in touch with me throughout from buying the bed until it got delivered.
Also they text me on how to care for your new mattress which there was a good idea on how to clean your mattress rather than hoovering it.

Ordering was easy, delivery date was very clear. Updates throughout. Day before for a call reminding me of the time slot (which I got well in advance that helped me plan my day)
We got a text to track the delivery and a call 30 mins before arrival. That was all great.

We had the bed assembled and the 2 people who did this were great, polite, professional and friendly.

We went into the store where my 9-year-old son picked his mattress. The staff were really helpful. The mattress was discounted more online, so we ordered through the website.

We were kept up to date throughout the order and delivery process, and the delivery men took the mattress straight up to my son’s room.

Great service and, most importantly, a very happy child who now sleeps all night on his new mattress! 😊

Easy ordering and quick delivery. The delivery team, Andy Mac and Andy P were great; efficient and really friendly!

There was a great selection of products. The member of staff was knowledgeable and offered help and advice but didn't pressure us. We had time to try as many mattresses as we wanted to.

I like the service delivery which was great. The delivery guys were really polite and prompt. Even the communication of the sales guy was excellent.

However the mattress is not something we expected. Too firm for our backs causing us back ache every now and then.

The guys that delivered my bed were both very polite friendly & helpful,they put the bed together very promptly & professionally explained to me what was what & how it worked. No problem what so ever very pleased with them & the bed.
