Ok but the box was damaged.
The item came in time and the perfume inside was fine, however the box was scratched quite badly on one side. It was a present and I didn't have time to request a replacement so I had to give it as it was but it didn't look very good .

Staff at County Mall Crawley rude and unhelpful
Staff at County Mall Crawley require customer training, The young lady who dealt with the issue I had, was rude and argumentative - and in the wrong! The company had failed to advise me that my order had arrived even though i called the shop a number of times during the period of almost 3 weeks. I received no emails or calls and my request for information when I phoned was "you will receive an email" while my order was clearly already in store, The staff were unable/wouldn't tell me when my order had arrived in store.
My advice - go next door to the other perfume store where the staff are friendly, polite and professional.
if I could give zero stars for this review - I would.
