had a great experience at this perfume…

had a great experience at this perfume shop in Blackburn. The lady name is Sam was very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. She took her time to help me choose the perfect perfume that suited me. Excellent customer service and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Years of trust, great service

I have been a loyal customer at The Perfume Shop, Blackburn mall, for around 8 years. I always prefer to be served by Shenaz — she is pleasant, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. Over the years she has come to understand my taste well, and her recommendations are always reliable. A consistently good experience.

Just to say a huge thankyou to Sam at the Blackburn store . She was very helpful . Calm and positive manner of buying givenchy sport for my partner . She got me a good price .
Very attentive to wrapping it and choosing my free gift and testers for myself. Which I love the Chloe one .. Definitely will come back to this store . Thankyou Sam
