Good communication before arrival. Arrived as planned. Nice polite young man and felt reassured he would do a good job. Took about an hour or so and he was v professional. All completed alongside the documents. Well pleased.

The Mechanic was really good and professional, but it was just a mobility side of it that stuffed it all up replace the battery one day and I have to wait another three days to get the oil and filter changed all due to mobility being slack

It was excellent from booking to the actual service. The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend.

Good but I think he should have checked the fuse for the windscreen washer as it was working fine and checking the fuse would have been quick and simple. He could not replace the key batteries so could that be refunded please.

I wanted to thank the RAC for the work carried out on my car.
The machanic took care keep surrounding work area clean made time to chat which was nice.
I also wanted to thank the driver of the flatbed lorry who was nice took care of my car THANK YOU x

From start to finish was great highly recommend

Sam arrived early and did an excellent, clean job. In fact the message that he was on his way arrived just 1 minute after he had finished and I was about to pay.

Spent a long time stood at his van or sat in my car I eventually went out and asked his things were going and mentioned I had a security cam and suddenly he looked busy I he ad a feeling my drop link needed attention but since he “serviced “ car the noise is a lot worse abs will now need to be done immediately couldn’t provide a price do going somewhere else and Brake pad and disc was a lot more expensive then local garage

Mobile mechanic came out to change rear brakes and pads.
Due to some reason he was unable to carry out the work and advised it needed to be done by a garage due to not having the required tools to do the job.
However was still charge 99 call out fee despite this been a booked appointment and already paying for rac breakdown cover.
This has been raised as complaint on the 28th August and still had no response even though I have been told it has been escalated 5 times now.
Given it until the end of the week and canceling the policy if I haven't received my 99 back.
